Task 6 When I was three …
Task description
Pupils make notes about what they were like when they were three years old. They also write what they could and could not do. Then they write a description of themselves at the age of three.

Task steps
Read the rubrics and examples carefully with the class. Practise the language needed for the task and demonstrate the steps by using the pictures at each step of the task.
Part A
Pupils make notes on Copymaster 1 about their height, weight and what they could and could not do when they were three.
Part B
Pupils stick their photo on Copymaster 2. Using their notes on Copymaster 1, pupils write about themselves when they were three on Copymaster 2.
More able pupils could add information about themselves when they were older.
