1. What if no one talks to me 要是没人和我说话怎么办？
What if… 完整的结构应该是What will/ would happen if…或What are you going to do if…，可以翻译为：如果……怎么办？要是……会怎么样呢？if后面的句子可用陈述语气（通常用一般现在时）。

“find+宾语+宾补”结构
“find+宾语+宾补”这一结构中的宾语补足语可以由名词（词组）、形容词、副词、介词短语、现在分词（短语）、过去分词（短语）以及不定式to be…等来充当。

②Teachers found Tom smart.老师们发现汤姆很聪明。（________)

Cultural Notes
The text says that in America,Tian Hua is in Grade 10 which is the second year of senior
high school in the USA. American school systems always have 12 grades plus kindergarten.
Generally, senior high school is from the 9th to the 12th grade, though this can vary
depending upon the school system. In America, a student in the 10th grade will generally be
called a10th grader".
Generally,most non-native English speakers visiting an English-speaking country for the first time will find that the people talk faster than they are used to, so this is a common complaint. It has to do with the fact that many non-native English speakers have only been
exposed to examples of English speakers who talk more slowly and clearly than usual. (This is true of overseas visitors, English teachers,news presenters,etc.) Also,sometimes non-native English speakers can have trouble understanding strong local accents when people speak too fast.(Of course, this is occasionally true of native English speakers who are visiting an unfamiliar place in the UK or America for the first time.) Watching films in English and paying close attention to the dialogue can be of great help in remedying this problem.
