Can I get a new one 我可以要一条新的吗？
sure此处用作副词，意为“的确，当然”，多用于口语中，表示肯定回答，相当于Of course / Certainly / OK / All right。
eg:
—Excuse me, may I know your telephone number
打扰一下，我可以知道你的电话号码吗
—Sure. It is 5632415. 当然。 5632415。
what colour意为“什么颜色”。
“What colour+be+主语？”是对颜色提问的特殊疑问句，
其答语为：“It’s/They’re+表示颜色的词”。
其中，be的形式根据主语的数来确定。
eg:
—What colour is your skirt
你的裙子是什么颜色的？
—It’s purple.
它是紫色的。

【辨析】 wear，put on和dress
wear 意为“穿着；戴着”，用于穿衣、戴帽子、戴手套、佩戴首饰等，强调“穿着或戴着”的状态 My sister wears a red T-shirt.我的妹妹(姐姐)穿着一件红色的短袖汗衫。
put on 意为“穿上”，表示穿的动作，后接衣服、鞋帽类名词 Put on your coat. It’s very cold outside.
穿上你的大衣吧。外面很冷。
dress 意为“给……穿衣服”，常用dress sb./oneself结构表示，后接人作宾语，不可接衣服类的词作宾语 The mother dressed her baby carefully.
这个妈妈认真地给她的孩子穿衣服。

wear用法还要广，戴表、首饰、花、徽章。
dress接人作宾语，不接颜色或衣裳。
