预习教材Page 19,大声朗读Grammar Focus 中的句子,并且能够背诵默写。熟读3b和3c中的句子。

Ⅰ.根据句意用所给词的适当形式填空

1.Review the grammar box.Ask the students to read the sentences to the class.
2.Write the phrase “more outgoing than”.Let the students know when compare things using words with three or more syllables,they can use the word “more”.
3.Call attention to the word “friendly”,circle “y”.Tell them when a word ends in “y”,change “y” to an “i” and add“-er”.
4.Ask the students to practice reading the sentences in the chart.
Step 3 Work on 3a-3b
1.Call students’ attention to 3a.
2.Make the students complete the tasks individually.
3.Choose some students to give their answers.
4.Correct the answers.
5.Make them work in pairs to practice reading the sentences.
6.Turn to 3b.And ask the students to answer the five questions according to the example.
Step 4 Work on 3c
1.Ask the students to read the sample conversation in the box.
2.Have the students work in pairs to complete the chart.

板书设计
1.形容词比较级常用的句型结构 (A和B比较):A+be动词+形容词的比较级+than+B。 例如:I’m taller than you.
2.副词比较级常用的句型结构:“A+动词+副词比较级+than+B”。例如:Tina sings more loudly than Tara.
3.形容词比较级的规则变化:
比较级有规律,词尾加上-er两兄弟;
要是以e来结尾,只有小二(r)跟上去;
重读闭音节词要牢记,双写千万别忘记;
要是“辅音+y”来结尾,小艾(i)要把y来替,再加-er两兄弟;
多音节前加上more,你看这样多容易。
◇教学反思◇
在本节课当中,学生们通过熟读语法句型并进行练习后,能根据所提示的句型,写出正确的句子。此外,学生应对书中出现的形容词的比较级运用自如,熟练掌握一般疑问句的肯定回答和否定回答。
