一、方法指导
预习教材Page 35,标注不认识的单词。然后翻到生词表,通过读和写基本了解本课时的单词。熟读Grammar Focus 中的问答。
二、预习检测
按要求完成句子
1.I want to watch the news.(改为一般疑问句)
Do you want to watch the news 　
2.I plan to watch Days of Our Past.(对画线部分提问)

3.We can learn some great jokes from sitcoms.(对画线部分提问)

课堂教学
Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet the class.
2.Check the homework by asking some students to read the sentences.
Step 2 Work on Grammar Focus
1.Ask the students to read the sentences in the grammar box and sum up the sentence structure.
2.Let the students read aloud the sentences in the grammar box.Then ask them to write down the sentence structure in their exercise books.
Step 3 Work on 3a
1.Ask the students to complete the blanks in 3a.
2.Choose a group to present the conversation.
Step 4 Work on 3b
1.Ask the students to look through 3b and answer the questions.
2.Choose 2 or 3 students to give their answers.The teacher asks the four questions and the students give their answers separately.
Step 5 Work on 3c
1.Ask the students to read the information in the left column.Then ask the students to write the students’ names.Let the students fill in their opinions and find who agrees with them.
2.Give the students a few minutes to prepare.
3.Encourage the students to express their opinions.

◇教学反思◇
在本节课中,学生们对Grammar Focus中的句型掌握得很好,大部分学生能够流利地背诵下来。在回答3b中的问题时,学生们积极参与,真正做到了在用中学,学中用,真正地学以致用。
