五、教学过程：
Step 1: Warm-up
1. Greet the students and review the vocabulary related to sports and hobbies learned in previous lessons.

2. Show some pictures of different activities and ask students questions like "What do you often do in your free time " or "What's your favorite sport "

- S1: I often go swimming. It's my favorite sport.
- S2: I usually go hiking with my family. It's so much fun!
Step 2: Presentation
1. Introduce the new vocabulary: swimming, often, sometimes, usually, never, go swimming, go shopping, go hiking, go cycling.
- T: Today, we will learn some new words. Look at the board. This is "swimming" (pointing at the word on the board). It means to swim in the water. Can you show me how you swim (Students mimic swimming motions)
- T: Good job! Now, let's learn some words to talk about how often we do activities. We have "often," "sometimes," "usually," and "never." Repeat after me, please.

2. Model and drill the target sentences: "I often go swimming." "I sometimes go hiking." "I usually go shopping." "I never go cycling." Encourage students to repeat after the teacher.

Step 3: Listening

2. Play the recording again and ask students to complete the sentences with the correct words they hear.

Step 4: Speaking
1. Divide the students into pairs. Ask them to take turns asking and answering questions about their daily activities and hobbies using the target sentences.

3. Select a few pairs to share their conversations with the whole class.

Step 5: Reading and Writing

2. Have students take turns reading the passage aloud.
