在多少点，表确切的时间用 介词at.

at half past seven.
2、如果所表达的时间恰好为半小时，可以用 （half past +小时） 来表达。
时间的表达
1、所有的时间都可以用“小时+分钟”直接读出来。
例如：7:10 （读作：seven ten）
例如：3:30 half past three
9:30 half past nine
8:30 half past eight
