学情分析 经过本单元前三课时的学习,学生基本掌握最高级的运用。本课内容贴近学生的真实生活，同学们对于“达人秀”这一话题并不陌生，达人秀是个非常受学生关注和喜爱的节目，容易激发学生兴趣，有话可说。让他们运用所学过的课文的句子来表达他们对选秀节目的观点。正确对待生活中的一些歌星及影星，不要盲目地追风，做追星族。了解我们周围有哪些最出色的人，知道生活中有很多值得我们去学习的人。引导学生积极参与课堂，在阅读获取文章信息的同时还要关注文章结构，运用多样阅读策略，通过各种方式解读文本，达到掌握语篇，提高学习效率的目的。
教学内容分析 本节课是八年级上册第三四单元的第四课时，这是一堂阅读课。主题以“达人秀”话题展开以阅读为主的活动。阅读板块采用读前，读中，读后的过程性设计思路.2a为读前活动，讨论谁是最有才艺的人以及他的能力。2b首先导入这个主题，然后阅读文章简要介绍了达人秀的起源、基本特点、受人喜欢的原因以及它引起人们争议的方面。2c通过回答问题加深对主题“达人秀”相关内容的理解，2d重现课文最高级句子，并用最高级造句巩固目标语言的应用。最后2e是一个开放式活动，让学生选出班级里的才艺达人，内容贴近学生生活，趣味性强。
核心素养教学目标 语言能力 通过阅读，能总结人们对选秀节目的不同看法并说出原因。
学习能力 1.学习通过主题句理解段落大意，提升阅读能力。 2.通过阅读，获取有关选秀节目的关键信息。

文化意识 引导青少年正确认识达人秀这种流行文化。
教学重点难点 重点：(1)掌握本课时出现的生词及表达方式。 (2)阅读2b部分的短文并完成相关练习。 难点：阅读短文，获得相关信息，提高学生们的综合阅读能力。
教学过程 Teacher’s Activities Students’ Activities Intention
Step 1　Revision 1.Review the comparative and superlative forms of adjectives and adverbs. 2.Ask students to listen to the teacher and write down the words they hear. 复习最高级以及目标词汇。 阅读前进行小组讨论不但能更好地引入主题，而且也能为阅读部分作铺垫。
Step 2 Pre-reading 1.Give students the pictures and the videos of talent shows，and ask them：Do you know them？Why do they become famous 2.Pair－work Who is the most talented person you know？What can he/she do？Talk about it. 观看视频，并能说出美国达人秀节目。 通过图片和视频导入本课时主题---达人秀节目。激发学生学习兴趣，为本节课的阅读激活了思维。

T lets Ss to Read Para 3 Carefully and fill in the blanks: Dislike Like Then give the reasons. 5.T lets Ss read the passages again and answer the questions. Step 4 Post-reading Work on 2d 1.Tell students to underline the superlatives in the passage. 2.Ask students to write sentences using at least four of them.Finish 2d. 3.Have students write sentences by themselves.Then ask some students to share their answers in the class. Work on 2e 1.Let students look at the chart in 2e，and think about the following questions： 2.Have students work in groups，and add more talents and write their classmates' names for each talent.Find out how many students in the group have the same ideas.
