课文与模块、本单元的联系：本单元的主话题为“学校社团”，是模块 4 主题
“快乐时光”的第一部分。本单元听、说、读、写部分都围绕“学校社团”这个话题展开，分别介绍了各类社团和相关活动。阅读部分，学生初步了解这个社团的主题信息。基于阅读课的学习，听力课进一步介绍了社团的具体信息，帮助学生更好了解社团，引导学生学习有关介绍社团的有用表达，从而为说的部分做准备。说的部分是听力和语法的延申，巩固动词过去式后缀-ed/-d 的发音以及该时态在情境中的应用。
主题、主要内容: 听力部分是以对话形式谈论社团活动。在对话中，两位老师分别介绍他们负责的社团，杨老师负责摄影社，张老师负责篮球社。他们介绍了社团的名称及活动的时间、地点、内容。说的部分主要是讲/t/、/d/、/id/的拼读规则，指导学生正确朗读相关的单词及句子。
结构、语言特点: 听力材料是通过对话而引出的一个社团的介绍。听力任务是以两张信息卡来呈现的，每张卡都由黑体字作为关键词作为卡片要点提示，需要学生根据卡中已有信息预测所缺内容，如预测时间和数字表达等；培养学生在听力过程中捕捉和记录关键信息的能力。听力材料是两个结构和表达都相似的文本， 能帮助学生学习如何介绍一个社团，及教会学生一些基本句型，如： “ from…to....”and “...start at.....and finish at...” 来介绍这个社团活动的时间、地点、

作者的目的、意图：通过学习，作者希望初一学生对学校社团有更深刻的理解，激发学生参与各种社团活动的兴趣，鼓励学生交友和拓展视野，从而使学生更快融入中学生活，更加热爱丰富多彩的校园文化生活。
三、学情分析
这节课的话题和学生的日常校园生活密切相关，学生对学校社团以及各类活动很感兴趣，而且部分学生还是成员之一，因此能很快融入课堂学习；但初一学生的听力预测能力需要训练；在说的展示中，学生的语音语调（尤其是过去式
ed 的正确朗读）、语言组织能力和表达准确性是要突破的重难点。
