一、教学目标
知识目标：帮助学生学习Look and learn中的标识语。
能力目标：通过Listen and say的情景对话，帮助学生复习句型must的用法，了解不同地区的标识。
情感目标：学会和他人谈论所见到的公共标志。
二、教学重难点
教学重点
词汇学习：in the middle, look out, no smoking, no swimming
句型复习：We must look out for them.
日常用语：I see.

3、 教学过程
Pre-task preparations
1. T: Before our class, I want to show you one picture.(燃烧的火柴)What’s this (把表示禁止的圆圈盖到上方)Look, It’s became a sign. What’s meaning of this sign
2.拿出禁止停车和禁止拍照的标识让学生认读
T：Where can we find these signs
S：... .
They all tell us that the things we mustn’t do.
While-task procedures
1. T: I see a lot of public signs.(出现许多公共标志牌)
T: What are they
S: They are public signs.
Learn: public signs.
T: Let's look at some signs on the screen.（多媒体展示六个标志。）
T: Can you read them
学生能朗读其中的四个：No smoking. No swimming. Keep quiet. Do not walk on the grass.
通过指读，齐读，快速闪现等操练形式帮助学生巩固以上四个标志名称。
2. T: (Point to a sign) What does this sign mean
板书： What does this sign mean
学习这句话，讲解mean的意思及其中ea的发音。再次强调助动词用does及其语法意义。
T: It means "No swimming "/….
出示No smoking标语
T: What does this sign mean
S: It means "No smoking".
T: Yes. It means you shouldn't smoke.
板书： No smoking.
让学生说出smoking 的动词原形smoke,并再次复习它的变化规则。
板书：It means you shouldn't smoke. 并学习这句话。
讲解 shouldn't=should not ，should为情态动词，意思为应该，后跟动词原形.（利用白板下拉页书写板书）
3. 同法学习look out
4. 跟读句型，然后齐读，指名读。
5.同桌用What does it mean It means ....就书上六个标志来自由问答，以巩固所学内容。
6.看课文视频，朗读并回答问题。（Where does the woman come from What was the woman looking for ）（白板播放）
7.解决问题，朗读课文，齐读，分组读，分角色读
Post-task activities
1.让学生分组进行角色表演。
总结本课内容，展示更多其他国家有趣的标识，进行文化教育。告诉学生不同的国家有不同的标志，希望学生能通过本课的学习养成学习异国文化的习惯。
