一、教学目标
1.语言能力：
（1）掌握词汇:wore,women,actor,told,joke,funny,after,show,ready.
（2）理解和运用句型:The man wore women’s clothes. The actors told lots of jokes.
2.学习能力
（1）对过去式的理解及相关句型的运用。
（2）熟知英语书信的格式。
3.思维品质：
在课堂交流中注意倾听，积极思考
4.文化意识：
（1）培养学生学习兴趣和调动学习积极性，增强与人交流、与人合作的意识 。
（2）了解不同国家的文化。
二、学情分析
本课的教学对象是五年级学生，他们学习英语已有三年时间，具备了一定的英语学习能力，并掌握了部分不规则动词的过去式。学生在之前的学习中有接触到过去式，对动词的变化规则也有一定的了解，本课学习讲故事、分享故事是学生喜闻乐见的内容，在这种基础上让学生理解过去式的表意功能难度并不大。
三、教学重点
重点：
（1）能听懂，会说，认读单词 wore/ actor/ tell - told/ joke / funny
（2）能听懂，会说，认读句式The men wore women’s clothes. The women wore men’s clothes. The actors told lots of jokes. We laughed a lot. 能比较准确地描述过去发生的事情。
四、教学难点
（1）能借助图片和文字听懂、读懂和朗读课文。
（2）能借助文字创编故事。

（引入，让学生说昨天去哪了，做了什么，简单复习过去时。）

（学习activity 1）
1. Listen and sense

2. Learn “wore”
（通过已学单词more, before, 来感知“ore”语音，迁移出wore 的读音，然后教授wore 是wear 的过去式）
3.Read and answer

Ss：She saw a dog. It wore a coat.
He saw a dog. It wore a hat.
She saw a man. He wore a skirt.
4.Listen and read

Step3.Practice
1.Let’s retell
(是课文的文本再构，将课文中的不规则动词过去式隐去让学生填写，然后让学生进行归纳，总结出一般过去时的标志，过去的时间和动词过去式，并知道这些动词是不规则变法。)
2.Writing
※ Look, I wrote a story of my last travelling.
(出示范文，老师写的一个介绍过去发生的事小短文，让学生看并总结如何写过去发生的事：注意内容要有要素：where介绍地点，去哪了, what介绍事件，都做了哪些事，feeling，说说自己的感受。)
※Group work
(出示范文框架和提示图片，以小组为单位练习说并展示。)
※ Write your story
(给每位学生一个卡片，让学生根据提示和练习完成写作。选取2-3 个展示，修改。)
Step4.Summary
Summary:学生总结黑板上内容，引导学生总结描述过去发生的事或一次出行经历该怎样写。
Step5.Homework：
1. Read the text to your partner and sign signature.
2. Choose one: a. talk about your story to your friend.
b. Write down your story.
