Unit 3 My friends第二课时教学设计
教学目标 1. 能听懂、会说本课对话：I have a good friend.He’s tall and strong.Who is he？His name is... 2. 牢记新单词和短语：tall and strong，short and thin，friendly，quiet。
教学重点 单词和短语tall and strong，short and thin，friendly，quiet的认读和发音。
教学难点 在正确语境中使用句型：I have a good friend. He’s tall and strong.Who is he His name is...
教学过程 批注
一、Warm-up and Revision1.日常口语对话。2.我说你做。Be fat. Be fat. Be fat, fat, fat!Be thin. Be thin. Be thin, thin, thin!Be tall. Be tall. Be tall, tall, tall!Be short. Be short. Be short, short, short!3.老师出示主情景教学挂图，先让学生观察图片并说一说。然后播放教学动画，让学生明白对话内容，老师进行讲解。 此活动既可活跃课堂气氛，又能帮助学生复习以前学过的内容，同时为本课做准备。
二、Presentation and Practice1.Let’s learn（1）老师出示一张又高又壮的卡通人物形象图和一张又矮又瘦的卡通人物图，引出词组“tall and strong”“short and thin”。然后从班级中挑出具有此特征的学生，并介绍：“Look, he is tall and strong. And he is short and thin.”(2)老师提问：“Who likes talking in our class Who doesn’t like talking in our class ”学生回答后，老师指着那个不爱说话的学生说：“She is quiet.”让学生理解单词的意思。老师出示一张面相凶狠和一张面相和善友好的卡通人物图，并指着友好的人说：“friendly”。（3）板书新单词，老师带领学生读单词。老师请发音标准的学生带领全班读单词。（4）老师播放本部分的教学录音，让学生跟读。并让同桌之间仿照课本进行对话。老师请一个学生就班上的学生进行描述，其他学生来猜他描述的是谁。S1：He is friendly. He is tall and thin. Who is he S2: He is Zhang Ming.（5）反义词游戏。老师说出一个形容词，如short，学生快速说出它的反义词，看谁反应快。2.Let’s chant（1）老师展示挂图，并让学生先描述一下图中的男生和女生。（2）老师让学生自己小声读一遍歌谣，再播放本部分录音，让学生跟唱。(3)全班分为两组，比赛哪个组唱得更好。(4）鼓励学生将歌谣中“Tim”和“Lily”换成自己朋友的名字，唱给大家听。 通过对比让学生理解单词的意思，也更容易让学生记住。反义词游戏能刺激学生大脑，让学生记得更快。
作业设计 1.抄写本课生词各五遍。2.画出自己的父母，并用英语描述他们的体貌特征。 板书设计 Unit 3 My friendstall and strong short and thinfriendly quietI have a friend. He’s tall and strong.
