英语通知写作指导（下）

你校将于下周五上午在会议室举行中国诗词朗诵比赛，请你以学生会的名义，结合以下要点用英语写一份通知张贴于学校的通告栏，希望同学们参加。
1. 活动目的；
2. 活动时间、地点；
3. 报名及奖励情况。
注意：
1. 词数100左右；
2. 可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

1. 审体裁。阅读题目要求可知，此题要求写一份书面通知，属于应用文范畴。
2. 审结构。格式要符合书面通知的要求，根据所提供的信息要求，正文写成一段即可。
3. 审人称、时态。人称以第三人称为主；时态以一般将来时为主。
4. 审内容。结合题目要求，进行适当拓展，正文可以归纳为6个要点：
(1)举行中国诗词朗诵比赛的目的、时间和地点；
(2)比赛很有趣；
(3)下周二前报名；
(4)五个教师担任评委，包括两名美籍教师；
(5)前六名有奖励；
(6)希望大家准时到场。

1. In order to make students learn about ancient Chinese culture, enrich school life and promote friendship between each other, a Chinese Poetry Recitation Contest will be held at the meeting room next Friday morning.

3. If the activity appeals to you, please sign up for it before Tuesday next week.
4. Five teachers, including two American teachers, will be invited to be the judges.
5. The first six winners will be given awards.
6. Everyone is expected to attend it on time.
