LESSON 9
【教学目标】
1．知识目标。
（1）能听、说、认读单词：clothes, wet, dry, tall, short, light, dark, giraffe.
（2）能听懂、会说句型：Your clothes are so wet. / It's raining hard outside. / Put on these clothes.
2．能力目标。
学会有关反义词并应用于现实生活中。
3．情感态度、文化意识、学习策略。
敢于开口说英语，表达中不怕出错误。能对新学内容进行归纳和总结，且能在语境中理解中西语言表达方式上的不同之处。
【教学重点】
认读单词并学会clothes, wet, dry, tall, short, light, dark.
句型Your clothes are so wet. / It's raining hard outside. / Put on these clothes.
【教学难点】
反义词的辨析和应用。
Clothes, giraffe发音。
【教学准备】
1．教师准备：多媒体课件、配套音响、单词卡。
2．学生准备：课本及其他学习用品。
【教学过程】
1．热身活动。
唱歌：Lesson 8歌曲，进行复习并热身。
It is dark.
It is dark in the room.
I'm afraid. I'm afraid, very afraid.
I will go. I will go open the curtains.
It is light.
It is light, light outside
2．新知呈现与操练。
（1）展示wet, dry, tall, short, light, dark等反义词图片，带领学习熟悉、学习单词的发音和中文意思。
（2）听录音，阅读课文，跟读对话。
（3）问答。
Q1: Why are the boy's clothes wet
Q2: What does he need to do
（4）Read the text again.（再次朗读课文，教师可以通过这一环节了解学生哪些句型还不够熟练，然后加以训练）
（6）Let's sing.
It's raining. It's raining, raining hard.
My clothes, my clothes are very wet.
Put on these clothes. They are dry.
Put on these clothes. They are dry.
3．巩固拓展。
（1）Read and act.（学生看课件信息，一边看一边回想课本上相应图片表达的信息，学会自己表述）
S1: Your clothes are so wet.
S2: It's raining hard outside.
S1: Put on these clothes. They are dry.
S2: Thank you, Mom.
（2）Work in pair and fill in the blank.

4．总结。
教师和学生总结本课时的教学重点，先由学生谈谈自己学到了什么，再由老师总结。
