温故知新 Talk about healthy eating with Ss. Work in pairs. Talk about what they usually eat for dinner and decide who eats more healthily. Preview the content of this section in advance, and take the textbook as the clue to understand China's intangible cultural heritage -- Gong Bao Chicken; Mark the new words in the textbook, understand the meaning in context, or consult the dictionary to understand the meaning. Class report Answer the questions. Have a dictation. Offer necessary help.
讲授课程 Presentation 1. Scanning Read the passage and match the pictures of the fridges to their owners. 2. Understanding Find out who might say the sentences below. There is a lot of food from my workplace in our fridge. You might find bean products in our fridge, but hamburgers My fridge is total mess! All i do is party and hit the books. There isn’t really much in my fridge. I’m just too busy and tired to cook at home! If you’re someone who avoids animal products, you wouldn’t find anything to eat in my fridge! 3. Careful-reading Ask the students to read the passage again and find out some important expressions and language points. Practice Wor 1. Work in groups. Give a speech to students on their first day at senior high. Ask students to make notes of the problems they may face and give their advice. Organize your speech following the steps below. Talk about the problems and give your advice. End by summing up the main points of your speech. Sta Discuss in groups. Listen to teacher carefully and make notes Do the Ex.
