2. Learn and master the usages of the infinitives and phrasal verbs.

1. Learn to talk about what volunteer work we can do and how to volunteer with the target language.
2. Learn the usages of the infinitives.

Read quickly and choose：What’s the structure of the text 2.Skim and find the main idea of each paragraph. 3.What others do you want to know about their volunteering 1.Read quickly and choose the structure. 2.Look through the passage, and match the paragraph with the main idea. 把握全文整体脉络，训练略读的阅读策略。激发深入学习的兴趣
Step 4 Careful-Reading 1. What can you know about Mario’s and Mary’s volunteering 2. Answer the question about “Who, What, Where, When, Why, How” 3. Try to retell the passage about Mario’s volunteering. Further Thinking： 1. Can everyone join the program 2. Why are the kids going on a different journey when reading 3. What do Mario and Mary have in common as volunteers 1. Read and answer the questions 2. According to these question try to retell the passage 3. Read and think about these questions. 4.
