第6课时（教学设计）Section B 3a-Self Check
教材 分析 What：3a-3b是相互联系的整体任务，就““如何介绍一项发明”展开，让学生写下介绍自己发明物的文章并推销。Self Check板块是对本单元所学内容包括词汇、结构、等方面的自评练习。 Why：3a是写前铺垫，通过头脑风暴，旨在提供写作素材；3b引导学生学以致用，学会如何介绍、并推销自己的发明物。Self Check板块旨在引发学生自主归纳和总结本单元知识点，培养学生自主学习能力. How：在回顾本单元有关发明物语言的基础上，总结what Who When why how 问题框架，最终的目的是详略得当的介绍一项发明。最后完成本单元内容相关的Self Check评价练习。
教学 目标 1.语言能力： 1.掌握常用词汇及句型: nearly,decide on, come up with 等; 2.用英语介绍某一项发明。 2.文化意识： 培养学生热爱科学、勇于探索的精神。 3.思维品质： 通过了解世界上一些对人类有着重大意义的发明的相关信息，开阔学生的眼界， 培养学生的创造精神。 4.学习能力： 1.熟练掌握被动语态用法； 2.学会使用被动语态介绍某项发明。

Step 1 Review Greet as usual. Have Ss review.What inventions have we learned How to introduce them How to describe an invention Review. Make a summary. 通过回顾本单元所学介绍发明物的句型(What，When,Who,How等)，为后面的写作做好铺垫。
效果评价 观察学生能否准确掌握发明物(What,Who,When,How)的相关句型,是否熟练掌握被动语态句型。
Step 2 Pre-writing Show some pictures about interesting inventions.Have Ss talk:Do you think they are useful What have you invented Think of something that you do not like to do. Then think of an invention that could help you. Make notes. Then ask Ss to tell more details about it. Analysis. How to introduce an invention Work in groups. Have a discussion. Work on 3a. Talk about the difficulties in your daily life. Have a discussion. Follow the directions carefully and write it on your notebook. 通过讨论，引出写作主题，旨在为下面的写作提供内容上的素材准备。 通过话题分析，把握主要写作方向，分析文章结构(人称、时态和体裁。)然后列出提纲，佳句荟萃。 做好进一步的写作铺垫。
效果评价 检测学生能否根据所给topic，展开探讨，说出发明物的相关信息。 观察学生对说明文结构是否有清晰的认知，明确每一步需要做哪些工作。
Step 3 While- writing Imagine you are a business person. Write a description of your new invention. Try to sell the invention to the class. Make sure the structure. Sample writing. Practice Guide to write. Work on 3b. The structure can be divided into three parts. Learn the example. Follow the example to complete their article. Work in groups and each group writes a paragraph. put them together. 用思维导图的形式剖析写作架构。然后根据前面的写作讲解，展示一篇典型例题。 最后通过实战演练，让学生掌握如何按步骤谋布局来完成一篇说明文的写作。
效果评价 观察学生是否清晰写作结构，能否正确罗列提纲； 检测学生是否熟练的连词成句，连句成文。
Step 4 Post-writing Peer-editing. Play a game.Four students act as "salesman" on the platform to "sell" their invention.The audience of each student raise their hands to vote, and the "salesperson" with the most votes will win. Asks Ss to complete the tasks in Self Check and work on their own. Explain and check the answers. Exchange articles, help each other correct. Work in groups and each group sent a representative to act. Work on Self Check. 在学生的写作中发现存在的问题，并及时给予针对性的指导。 通过开展趣味游戏，鼓励学生大胆演讲推销发明物，借此表明那些有用的，卖得出去的“发明物”更有意义。呼应课堂开头. 检测本单元所学内容包括词汇、结构、功能等方面的评价练习。
效果评价 检测学生的仿写是否要点齐全，架构清晰，句型是否完整，语法是否准确等。
Step 5 Summary Ask Ss to work together and summarize what they have learned in this class. Summarize what we have learned. 利用将思维导图给学生进行有序的梳理。
Step 6 Homework Level B： Polish your articles.Make it perfect. Level A： Write a short passage to introduce the invention according to the information in Self Check 3. Write down. 巩固课堂效果。
板书设计：
教学反思： 本课时是一节写作复习课。通过话题复习做大量的铺垫工作帮助学生口头练习有关“介绍发明物”的句型并引导他们使用示例会话。学生积累了很多比较好的句型，既夯实了基础知识，又提高了语用能力。然后结合写作步骤，学习写一篇“发明物”的说明文，注意被动语态的运用。
