教材分析
本模块以“选择礼物”为话题,围绕如何为他人挑选生日礼物而开展听、说、读、写的语言实践活动。一方面是因为这是一个中学生感兴趣的话题,另一方面是希望培养学生乐于交友,乐于参加集体活动的良好情感态度,同时帮助他们了解不同国家的生日文化。
本模块第二单元的主题为挑选生日礼物,课文非常清楚地说明了选择礼物的基本原则:根据对方喜好选择礼物。教师可以在教学中归纳总结如何表达爱好,并设计相关的活动帮助学生运用这些表达方式。
学情分析
1. 本模块的教学对象是七年级学生,这一阶段的学生思维能力发展较快,有较强的求知欲和表现欲,学生对于外国文化十分感兴趣。经过了小学六年的学习,学生已有了初步的自主学习、合作探究能力,但部分同学存在不自信、羞于表现等思想顾虑,因此在教学中要照顾到不同程度的学生。
2. 学生在小学已经学习过赠送礼物的相关句型,对自提建议词汇及句型的把握有一定的基础,所以学生掌握起来相对容易。学生对于生日这个话题比较熟悉,有相关的词汇和文化知识储备,也有自己的经历和想法。对于语法一般现在时第三人称单数和频度副词在小学已有初步了解和使用,为本模块的学习奠定了基础。
3. 问题预设:
首先,对国外礼物赠送习俗不熟悉;其次,学生不能很好地区分意义相近的频度副词以及不能很好掌握频度副词在句中的正确位置。学生虽然能使用一般现在时介绍家人或朋友的喜好并为其挑选生日礼物,但表达完整的句子时的流畅度和准确度还有待提高,需要给学生提供更多的自由表达的机会。
单元学习目标
在本模块学习结束时,学生能够:
1.在语境中理解并认读本模块的新授词汇。
2.通过听对话,能运用听前预测、听中抓取关键词等已有的听力策略,获取目标词汇、抓取对话大意完成听力任务。
3.通过听、读和学,运用频度副词always\ usually\ often\ never谈论生日聚会和如何选择生日礼物的相关信息。
4.通过听生日派对的对话和读选择礼物的文章,了解不同国家的人们赠送生日礼物时不同的风俗,培养乐于交友、乐于与他人合作、健康向上的品格。
