必修三Unit 5 What an adventure! Using language教学设计
课题 Using language:
课标理念 本单元属于人与自然的主题语境下关于人与自我的探讨，关于讨论探险家的探险天性、探险意义和探险精神。本课以学习理解、应用实践、合作探究、迁移创新等方式来发展学生听、说、读、写的综合技能。
内容分析 Using language第一部分Past future：通过复习上节课所学文章中的两个句子来引入过去将来时，再通过教科书上的活动来引入第二部分。第二部分First aid：通过对新单词的意思的讲解，引导学生完成活动五。第三部分Amazing road trips:通过听一段关于一群人骑318国道为孩童慈善筹款的采访，激活学生的兴趣，了解探险的不易和其探险精神以及探究冒险精神背后的涵义。
教学目标 学生能够了解将来时的各种形式，掌握各种形式的适用范围，并正确运用所学语法知识完成语言的输出，达到知识的融会贯通。 学生能够在丰富多样的教学任务中循序渐进地对本单元的语法知识进行认识、理解、分析，并在具体的语言环境中对其加以灵活运用，实现将知识内化于心，而外化于行。 学生能在小组合作学习的过程中培养自己的团队合作意识。 学生能够在自主学习的过程中锻炼自己的独立思考和解决问题的能力。
教学重点 学生能正确区分过去将来时的不同形式，并在具体的语境中去灵活运用。 理解听力材料表达的主要观点，能够基于听力材料内容内容形成自己的观点并发表看法。
教学难点 语法项目的不同形式在不同语言环境中的使用 引导学生提炼出探险家的优秀品格，学习其探险精神并能联系实际生活和学习。
教学过程
教学步骤 教学活动 设计意图
Step-1 Warm up Review the passage of the last class and point out two groups of sentences and ask Ss the questions: What is the difference between the two groups of sentences 通过复习上节课的相关知识，激发学生的原有图式。通过引出文章的两组句子，引出过去将来时。通过提问，引导学生思考两个句子的不同，为后续语法学习做准备。
Step-2 Grammar Explain the basic patterns of past future tense and practice a few sentences. Ask Ss to finish Activity 2 in the textbook. Explain the pictures on Activity 3 and ask Ss to work in peer to have a dialogue based on Activity 3 通过对过去将来时的基本句型进行讲解，帮助学生理解并运用过去将来时；通过对活动二和三的讲解，锻炼学生的口语能力和水平。
Step-3 Vocabulary Show some pictures about these vocabularies and explain the meanings and usages of these vocabularies. 通过理解学习与急救相关的单词，学习相关急救物品的功能。
Step-4 Pre- listening Show a video about China’s national Highway 318. Ask Ss to read the paragraph in the textbook and answer these questions： What is the name of the road shown in the video 2）What is your impression of the road 3）What can you learn about the road from the passage 4）Why is it dangerous 通过视频让学生了解318国道。 通过提出问题让学生对视频和文段进行深入思考，进一步了解318国道。
Step-5While-listening Extensive listening: Ask Ss to listen for the gist and choose a suitable description. Intensive listening: List some strategies about listening for details. Ask Ss to listen for details and fill in the blanks. 3.Explain the composition of the interview and analyze the structure of the listening material based on this composition. 1.通过泛听让学生对听力材料的内容有大致了解。 2.锻炼学生对听力材料的具体信息的听取能力。 3.学习并运用听力策略，提高听力技能。
Step-6 Post-listening Group discussion: Why did they choose such a dangerous way to raise money for a children’s charity 通过小组讨论使学生的思维发散，可以运用今天学习的相关知识进行表达，锻炼表达能力。
Step-7 Assignment Exchange your roles and conduct another interview
