单元主题意义 本单元的主题是“life goals”生活目标，属于 “人与自我“，主题群是生活与学习，主题语境内容要求是未来职业发展趋势，个人职业倾向，未来规划等。单元大观念是树立积极的梦想和做好未来的规划，并努力追求，实现人生价值。
单元教学目标 通过本单元的学习，学生能够： 目标a：运用听力策略，阅读策略，提取关键信息，理解文章大意，完成听力练习和阅读任务，培养学生厅和阅读的能力，提高辨别是非的能力。 目标b：学生能意识到计划的重要性，学会养成良好的习惯，从而制定合理的人生规划；能树立健康积极的生活目标和正确的择业观，并通过努力实现自己理想。 目标c：学生能在图片和视频的帮助下，发展自身的观察、分析、预测、推理、概括等思维品质；能在学习对话及文本的过程中，通过自主思考，交流讨论，有机会批判性思维及创新思维。 目标d：了解中西方人对理想和职业的不同看法；了解各种职业，和这些职业的中外优秀人物。树立远大理想，并懂得尊重每一职业。 目标e: 通过制定改善周围环境的举措，具备主人翁的意识，爱护我们的生活环境，了解我们的学校和城市文化，并作出自己的努力 。 与核心素养的关系： 学完本单元后，学生能够发散学生思维，拓宽学生知识渠道，通过合作学习，帮助学生了解并借鉴他人的有效学习方法，不断提高自己的学习效率。
整体教学思路及教学结构图 1.来源& 内容： 本单元是《新目标英语》系列教材之一Go for it !八年级上册的第六单元。本单元围绕生活目标和新年打算，谈论对自己理想职业的打算和思考以及实现理想的举措，能激活学生对未来的美好憧憬。 2.纵向知识关联： 功能：能简单谈论对未来的打算。 话题： 谈论学生的生活目标。 语言知识： a：在语境中正确拼读，理解并熟练运用本单元的关键词汇，短语和重点句型。 b：在语境中理解并熟练运用语法一般将来时be going to 的结构。 c：听懂谈论理想职业和新年计划的对话。 d：运用目标语言，与他人简单谈论未来的理想职业以及如何实现的举措。会用第三认称单数转述他人职业理想，并于他人谈论自己近期一年的新年决心和计划；读懂以一般将来时为语法项目的短文及短文理解文章结构，简单了解新年决心含义，类型，为后续的语言输出铺垫。 e:观察图片、视频等并能快速描述和预测期中包含的信息；会用一般将来时写自己的理想，新年计划和将来的计划。能简单运用目标语言帮助制定改善周围环境的举措，在用中学，在雪中用，实现知识技能的正向迁移和内化，提高学生语言运用能力。 3.横向知识关联： （1 ）复习七年级下册的相关短语； （2 ）本单元也反复强调表达一般将来时的用法，为下个单元的学习打下基础。 教学结构图：

Section A 1a-2c 听说课 第一课时 能够运用目标句型谈论自己理想的职业和如何实现自己的理想。 当堂让学生对所提供句型进行选择填空，通过观察得分情况，判断学生是否掌握，并对错误较多的习题进行实时反馈。
Section A 2d-3c 语法课 第二课时 熟练掌握重点词汇和句型；学会用所学单词和句型谈论自己的梦想和对未来的打算，对于将来想要从事的职业也充满了憧憬。 通过小组合作的讨论及最后的展示，检测学生阶段性学习成果，让学生自行总结归纳，并做最后的汇报展示，由其他成员进行补充质疑和互评，左后再由教师进行整体评价。
Section B 1a-1e 听说课 第三课时 在听的过程中体验感知目标语言等内容，并学会能用所学语言结构谈论自己的新年计划。 通过问题启发式评价引导学生，评价学生对语篇主题的理解；通过个人思考和合作交流，评价学生主动参与到学习中的能力。
Section B 2a-2e 读写课 第四课时 通过阅读文本，帮助学生学会如何提取关键信息。通过谈论个人的未来的打算，增强学生的目标意识和责任意识。 激励性评价贯穿始末，考虑到学生的心里特征以及英语这门学科的特殊性，只要学生参与课堂活动中来并进行认证的反馈，教师均应给出鼓励性评价，以此来提高学生学习的积极性。
Section B 3a-Self check 写作课 第五课时 复习一般将来时，能够综合运用所学的知识来学习写作自己的新年决心。 作文当堂互评，再分析作文的框架和参考词汇后，让学生进行小组互评，最后小组展示最佳作文，通过白板展示，供全班学生赏析，学生互评的方式可以让学生通过取长补短，共同进步。

教材（语篇）分析： 【what】 本部分1a-1e是听说课，围绕“新年计划（New Year’s resolution )话题展开，语言输入量多。 【why】 它是学生对Section A中所学知识的巩固、拓展和提升运用。 【how】 1a-1b通过图文匹配和对话练习帮助学生复习谈论自己将来的打算。1a中出现的短语是Section A中未出现过的，它们为后面1x-1d的听力材料的丞相提供了词汇储备。1c-1d以 “谈论新年计划”为话题展开听力练习，自然贴切地运用1a中刚学过的词组，能让学生进一步体会目标语言在真实语境中的运用。1e是一个两人问答活动，学生可以自行组织对话，灵活度较大。
学情分析： 自然情况 学生在学习了Section A 谈论理想的职业和实现理想的举措，有了一定的基础。 （二）已有基础 对应英语表达未来的打算有了一定的基础。
（三）存在问题
但不同层次的学生掌握的程度不一样。 （四）解决措施 本节课学生可以进一步讨论“新年计划”话题，学习进度慢的同学可以借助课本1a中的内容自编对话操练。
教学目标： 通过本课学习，学生能够： 学生能学会重点单词，短语及目标语言（学习理解） 重点单词及短语：resolution , team , foreign 能掌握以下句式结构：-What are you going to do next year -I’m going to take guitar lessons. -My New Year’s resolution is to get good grades . 能用所学语言结构谈论自己的新年计划 （应用实践） 学生能够根据自身谈论自己的新年计划。 （迁移创新）
教学重难点 重点： 掌握本课时出现的生词及表达方式；巩固Section A所学语言结构，丰富与学习相关的话题词汇。 难点： 进行听力训练，以听促说，提高综合听说能力。
学习活动设计 教师活动学生活动环节一：Activity 1 教师活动1 Lead -in Brainstorm : Ask students to talk about the jobs they know teacher , nurse ,actor , actress , runner , basketball player , pilot , waiter , computer programmer, pianist , scientist , violinist ... Then get them to share what they want to be when they grow up . eg: I want to be an engineer . And explain “resolution “ Present some other New Year’s resolutions on the screen . eg:learn to play the piano ; make the soccer team ; get good grades ; eat healthier food ; get lots of exercise. Let students try to remember these resolutions and think of other resolutions . Students match the pictures in 1a with the New Year’s resolutions . Work in group . Make a list of resolutions and how you are going to make them work . Then discuss with your group. 教学反思与改进 本节课的设计体现了听说课的基本模式，围绕“新年计划”的话题展开，原因呢输入量多。1a-1b通过图文匹配和对话练习帮助学生复习谈论自己将来的打算。1c-1d以“谈论新年计划”为话题展开听力练习，自然贴切地运用1a中刚学的词组，能让学生近一步体会目标语言在真实语境中的运用。1e是一个两个人问答活动，学生可以自行组织对话，灵活度较大。 本节课体现了任务型教学的设计理念，逐层递进，逐步完成各个任务，使学生在每一个愉快的学习任务中体验英语的乐趣；对于听力部分，子啊听之前都做了相关的渗透与铺垫，有利于培养学生学习英语的良好习惯。
