　　 It is really a busy and competitive job for her. She accepted the offer because she thought she should try to learn some abilities with the fierce competition there. I was originally planning to persuade her to get another one. But she said, “I prefer to find an easier job, but I don’t want to become the frog.” She confidently thought that she could find a better job years later.
　　These days, one of my friends is about to graduate. She is working as an intern in a company now. An Internship Interview
　　In this week's program, the host talks about internships with our guests Jing Long, Dana Stevens and Meng Fanxi.
　　Most students gain experience from internships during their school time but few know clearly what one should pay attention to in working, and how the jobs relate to one's future.
　　Jing Long, who comes from Siemens in China, says that things you do for an internship are not closely linked to your future career. But the experience you gain and the friends you make will be good for your later studies and your final entrance to the society.

　　　　Doctor Dana Stevens gives us some good advice on how to be a successful employee. Don't oversell yourself; don't claim skills you don't have; just be honest to your employer. He says when a student has his first job, he will soon realize that one's attitude to work and one's personality are more important than skills because one is always working in a team with others.
　　“The internship is necessary but one should also balance the relation between the internship and the lessons in school.” Says Meng Fanxi, Vice President of China Agriculture University. “It's very difficult to go back to school after you get used to earning money.”
