教材分析 The type of discourse in this unit is mainly narrative, including news reports, dramatic scripts and original film clips. The discussion began with a news report about a dustman who had found the money. The main part of the discussion was a play based on a short story by Mark Twain called "Million Pounds" and a film of the same name.The theme of the activity in this section is "discussing the good deed of picking up gold". Through a positive news report of "The dustman picks up the gold but never leaves the goods", the topic discussion of "the value of money" in this unit is started, which pave the way for the discussion of the theme meaning of the drama later.
学情分析 This unit is aimed at senior one students. After learning English in primary school and junior high school, most of the students have a certain English foundation, basic listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, understand simple English learning methods and strategies and apply them in English learning; Some students have strong thinking ability, language expression ability and strong desire to show.
