What are you like It can be difficult to answer. If you see yourself from the outside, but being self-aware(自知的) can help.
Self-awareness is an ability(能力) to see ourselves clearly, to understand who we are, how others see us and how we get into the world. For example, if you’re self-aware, you may know that you love playing some kind of sports because you’re good at it, or you love watching cartoons because they help you relax.
Being self-aware lets you make better decisions about friendship, schoolwork and even which films to watch. You learn to trust your feelings more. It’s important because it helps to have a happier and healthier life. But being self-aware doesn’t mean you are selfish and only thinking of yourself. By understanding your feelings, you can understand others’ feelings, too.
A good way to be self-aware is by asking questions. Ask “what”, but not “why”. For example, if you don’t know why you keep fighting with your parents, ask yourself what you disagree on, but not why you are fighting. Another way is to try out new things, like playing a new sport or listening to different music. Finding out what you like and dislike, and what you are good or poor at is a part of learning more about yourself.

根据“Some people think this program is great.
have nothing to do with...“与……
I was late again for a date with my wife Eleanor. We had agreed to meet at a restaurant at seven o’clock. But I arrived half an hour late. However, I thought I had a good excuse: A meeting took me too much time.
When I arrived, Eleanor was angry. I said, “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to be late, but the meeting lasted too long.” However, it seemed to make things even worse. And that started to drive me mad as well.
A few days later, I talked with my friend Ken about this. He said with a smile, “You made a classic mistake. You only saw things from your own perspective(视角). You didn’t want to be late, but that’s not the point. The point is how your lateness affected(影响)Eleanor.”
In other words, I cared about the intention(意图), while Eleanor cared about the results. We were having two different conversations. And in the end, both of us felt we weren’t understood and became angry.
In fact, my wife didn’t experience my thoughts or action. She only experienced the results of my action. What I should have said to her is, “I see that you’re angry. I’m really sorry you had to sit here for so long. I will try to be on time next time.”
This experience tells me we should think from other people’s point of view to solve problems.

Nowadays, more and more teenagers are under a lot of stress. They have too much homework and their parents push them too hard. Most of them don’t have enough sleep and have no chance to exercise. When they are free, they would like to play computer games or eat junk food.
In my opinion, firstly, teenagers should communicate with their parents and cut out some after-school classes to get enough sleep. Secondly, they should exercise every day although they are busy. Finally, playing too many computer games is bad for the eyes. It is a good idea to do some housework. For example, cooking with parents is fun and it can help stay away from junk food.
