prevent v. “阻止 阻挠”
prevent/ stop / keep…..from doing sth. 阻止... 做某事
Eg: 没有任何事情可以阻止我们吃饭。
Nothing can prevent us from eating.
2. We should exercise often to build us up.
(1) exercise 动词， 意为 “锻炼，训练”
Eg: 你多长时间锻炼一次？
How often do you exercise
(2) build sb./yourself up 增强......的体质，使更加强壮。
Eg: 你得多锻炼增强体质。
You need to do more exercise to build yourself up.
3. Finally, we should keep away from crowded places.
(1). Finally = at last = in the end 最后
(2). keep away from ... 远离…...
Eg: 请远离火源
