Step1.领会目标
知识目标：
通过自主阅读提炼出有效信息，以便在感谢信第二段中细节部分能够应用。
通过合作探究掌握感谢信开头结尾的模板句型，以便能够在感谢信的开头和结尾使用。
技能目标：
通过观察感谢信的结构导图，能够对感谢信进行谋篇布局。
情感目标：
通过本课学习升华对父亲的理解和爱。
通过总结本课知识脉络，回顾本课所学知识，获得学习的成就感；
学生活动：用一分钟领会课堂目标
设计意图：学生通过领会目标明确本节课应该学到什么。

形式：视频
学生活动：观看视频后回答问题
设计意图：激发学生情感共鸣，为写感谢信部分进行情感铺垫。
Step3.自主阅读
划出： What did the father do for his son on his life
A letter from father
Dear son,
The day that you see me old and I am already not, have patience(耐心) and try to understand me.
If I get dirty when eating, if I cannot dress, have patience. Remember I spent many hours teaching it to you the same things thousands of times, so do not interrupt（打断） me, but listen to me. When my tired legs do not allow me to walk, give me your hand, as I often helped you when you gave your first steps. When I lose the memory or cannot understand our conversation, let me have the necessary time to remember.
When I do not want to have a shower, never shame me. Remember that I had to run after you with thousands of excuses I invented, in order that you wanted to bath. If ever I do not want to eat, do not force me. I know well when I need to and when not. Some day you will find that, I always wanted the best thing for you.
Help me to learn，help me to end my way with love and patience. I will pay you by a smile and by love.

学生活动：观察教师展示出的感谢信结构导图。
设计意图：使学生通过观察掌握对感谢信进行谋篇布局的方法。
Step 5. 合作探究
将锦囊中句子分成两组：

学生活动 1：将锦囊中句子分成开头句和结尾句。
设计意图 ：使学生明确什么样的句子是开头句和结尾句以便于能够在写作中区分使用。
学生活动2：挑选出自己最喜欢的开头句和结尾句并写在纸上。
设计意图 ：减轻学生的负担，并使学生牢记属于自己的感谢信的开头和结尾模版句型，以便在自主写作时使用。
学生活动3：齐读感谢信的开头和结尾
设计意图 ：巩固所学句型。
Step 6. 应用提升 展示交流

假设你是李华，你的爸爸在生活和学习方面为你提供了无私的帮助。请写一封信表达你对爸爸的感谢。内容要点：
表达对爸爸的感谢。 2.回顾爸爸为你所做的事。
3.承诺在爸爸老的时候会悉心照料并再次表达感谢。
注意事项：1. 词数：100-120 2.适当增加细节使行文连贯

内容要点：
感谢Smith夫妇；2.回顾他们为你做的事及其意义；3.邀请Smith夫妇来华旅游。
设计意图：创设相似情境，再次巩固本课所学知识。
