Step 1: Lead in Present some sentences and conclude the conditions of using “to do”/ “doing” as objects. T: Please look at these sentences and tell me what are the conditions of using “to do”/ “doing” as objects. Possible answers: When there are two verbs in a sentence, the second verb should be changed into non-finite verb. Observe the sentences and draw a conclusion. 让学生初步了解非谓语动词作宾语的前提条件。

T: Please pay attention to the verbs that are used with “to do” finite. Possible answer: want to/expect to/promise to... More infinitive verbs. Present more infinitive verbs: (to do) plan, afford, agree, imagine, appreciate, avoid, consider, decide, expect, hope, manage, consider, postpone, finish, admit, refuse, want, choose, offer, pretend, suggest, enjoy, delay, happen, escape, mind, practice(口诀：三个希望两答应，两个要求莫拒绝；设法学会做决定，不要假装在选择。) Examples with gerund. I like traveling. We should practice speaking English as much as possible. Kuangbiao is worth watching. They have a good time playing on the beach. T: Please pay attention to the gerund. Possible answer: like doing/practise doing/be worth doing/have a good time doing... More gerund. Present more gerund(doing): admit, imagine, appreciate, avoid, consider, postpone, finish, suggest, enjoy, delay, escape, mind, practice(口诀：考虑建议和原谅；承认推迟没得想象；避免继续练；否认完成停感谢；) Other situations. Stop to do/stop doing Eg: He stopped to rest.他停下来休息。 Eg:He stopped resting.他停止休息。 remember/forget to do/doing sth Eg: I remember doing my homework. 我记得了作业。 Eg: Please remember to do your homework. 请记得做作业。 Observe the sentences and draw a conclusion.
