建议信
建议信 考点概述：
就有关问题进行分析并针对这些问题提出自己的看法和建议；主要为以下两种情况：1.写给个人，就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和建议；2.写给某个组织和机构，就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。
建议信要写以下几个方面：
1.除问候外，交待写信的背景或原因和目的（明确针对什么事情给出建议）（通常写给个人还需给予理解与安慰）
2.列举建议（按照题目要求）+建议的理由/可预见的效果（细节展开）
3.希望建议有用并得到采用+祝愿对方问题得以解决
首段：问候+写信背景+写信目的（点题，引出下文）
主体（中间段）：2到3个建议 （写明建议的内容、原因、预期效果）（建议使用总分结构）
末段：希望建议有效，祝愿对方顺利解决问题以及期待回信
写作结构：（三段式！！！！）
1.问候（自我介绍）+写信背景+写信目的（点题）
Learning/Knowing/Hearing that you are now having trouble/difficulty/ problems doing..., I am more than sorry. 了解到/听说你。。。有困难，我深表同情/抱歉。
I know you have trouble in…after reading your letter 读过你的来信后我了解到你在...有困难

问候：
How are you doing？/ How is everything going？/Is everything going well with you？/ How have you been recently？
写信背景：
1.问候（自我介绍）+写信背景+写信目的（给予建议）
I am writing to provide/offer a series of suggestions on...
I can’t wait to provide/offer a series of suggestions on...
写信目的：
Learning/Knowing/Hearing that you are now having trouble/ difficulty/ problems doing..., I am writing to give /offer you some constructive advice. 了解到/听说你…有困难，我写信来给你一些建设性建议。
写信背景目的相结合

It would be a wise choice if you... , through which you will ... 如果你..是明智之举,这样你会。。。
As far as I’m concerned, there is no need for you to do sth. 就我而言，你没必要做。。。
It would be a good idea if... 如果。。。是个好主意
Only when you……can you….. 只有。。。你才会。。。
What should be given priority to is ... 首先要考虑的就是。。。。
Enormous efforts should be made to ..... 应该更努力。。。。
As to how to ..., you are supposed to remember that ... is of vital importance. 至于如何。。，你应该记住。。。是很重要的

建议信常用常用关联词
1. 表示总结/归纳的过渡词或短语:

2. 表示递进/ 增补的过渡词或短语

养成重视审题的习惯。书面表达是半封闭性的写作，审题十分重要。现以作业为例，谈谈如何审题：

文章的体裁是什么？
要写的文章主题是什么 (topic)
怎样安排信息点的顺序？ (order)
动作是什么时候发生的？(时态) (when)

三段式：
第一段： 点明主题：表明写作意图，
（有时要简单介绍自己）。
第二段： 陈述事实，提出建议，给出理由
（是什么，为什么，怎么样）
第三段： 总结全文，表明希望
