How：The dialogue concludes many sentence patterns that have learned in former units, such as “ I have...” “Do you like...” “I don’t like...” and the usage of “ but”, which not only give a good review for former knowledge but also beneficial for the learning of “How much...” and the cardinal numeral.

Pre-listening (10’)
Step 2 T asks Ss to read the numbers in 1a. Ss finish read the numbers in 1a. 1a can help Ss strengthen the new words and let them control the pronunciation of the numbers.
