教材 分析 What：本课时集合了section A 部分的重点句子和结构，将语法重点过去完成时进行呈现展示。 Why：grammar focus语言语境充分的展示了过去完成时的一个用法，完全体现了过去完成时的功能。 How：通过总结语言结构，归纳出过去完成时的特点，进行一个完整的学习和归纳。

By the time I got to school, the bell had rung. c. Before I got to the bus stop, the bus had already left. 3. Structure: a. were about to do b. was doing . 教学难点： The usage of “had + done”.

Know the concept and forms Read the grammar focus and find out the past perfect tense,then know more about it. 根据定义了解过去完成时。通过对grammar focus的阅读，加深对于过去完成时的了解。
