当含有实义动词的句子变否定时，要借助助
动词do。
含有实义动词的否定句结构：
主语+助动词(do/does)+not+动词原形(+其他).
当主语是第三人称单数形式时，助动词用does。
当主语是其他形式时，助动词用do。
通常do not缩写成don’t；does not缩写成doesn’t。
例句：迈克不喜欢葡萄。
