第六章 介词及介词短语
【读考纲，思考点】
介词是一种表示词与词、词与句之间关系的词，不能单独作成分，通常位于名词或代词之前，表示名词、代词等与句中其他词的关系，后面一般有名词、代词或相当于名词的其他词、短语或从句充当它的宾语。
介词的用法灵活，建议考生在学习本章节时，要熟记一些常见的介词搭配的短语。
介词常考的考点有：表示时间的介词，表示位置、方位的介词，常见的介词搭配短语。

【讲考点，习能力】
一、介词的类型（按意义分类）
1. 表示时间的介词
at 在（某时间或时刻） on 在…时 in 在（…后）
around 大约 since 自从……之后 by 到…为止
between 在…之间 past 过 during在…期间
from … to … 从…到… over在…期间 for长达
in the morning 在早上/上午 in the afternoon 在下午
in the evening 在晚上 in the day 在白天
at dawn/daybreak 在黎明时候 at noon 在中午
at night 在夜间 at midnight 在午夜 at six o'clock 在6点钟
at 7:30 (seven thirty) 在7点半
注意：在“某年”，在“某月”，在“某年某月” （但在某年某月某日或具体某天的一段时间则用 on），在“四季“”，在“第几周”等都要用in。例如：
in 1986 在1986 年 in 1927 在1927 年 in April 在四月
in March 在三月 in spring 在春季 in summer 在夏季
in autumn 在秋季 in winter 在冬季
in the third week 在第三周 in December, 1986 在1986年12月
on July 5th, 1983 在1983年7月5日
on a warm spring morning 在一个温暖的春天的早晨
I shall be back in a few days. 我几天后回来。
She hasn’t been home since her marriage. 她自结婚后未曾回过家。
表示地点的介词
around 在……周围 on 在……上 above 在……上方
under 在……下面 in 在……里 below 在……下方
over 在……正上方 at 在……上 behind 在……后面
near 在……附近 to 到 into 到……里面
beside 在……旁边 from 从 towards 朝……
between 在……之间 by 在……旁边 off 远离
She would like to live beside the sea. 她想住在海边。
On a cold winter evening, it is pleasant to sit by the fire.
在寒冷的冬夜，坐在炉火边很舒服。
表示方式的介词
表示“用（某种工具或手段等）”含义：
with（具体工具） by（手段，交通工具） in（语言、单位、材料）
The teacher is correcting the paper with a new pen.
这位教师正用一支新钢笔批改论文。（有形）
He came to Chengdu by plane last month.
上个月他坐飞机来成都。
I really can't express my idea in English freely indeed.
我确实不能用英语流利地表达我的思想。（表示使用某种语言用in）
表示原因的介词及介词短语
because of 因为 owing to 由于
All flights have been delayed because of bad weather.
因为天气不好，所有航班都延误了。
表示条件的介词及介词短语
but for 要不是 without 没有 in case of 万一
But for the rain, we should have had a pleasant journey.
要不是下雨，我们会有一次愉快的旅行的。
In case of fire, please ring the alarm bell. 万一失火的话，请按警铃。
表示让步的介词及介词短语
In spite of 尽管 despite 尽管 for all 尽管 with all 尽管
The air here was clear and fresh, in spite of all the traffic.
尽管有这些车辆，这里的空气依然清新干净。
For all her faults, Cathy’s friends tolerated and even adored her.
尽管凯西有缺点，她的朋友们却容忍她，甚至崇拜她。
表示比较的介词
as 像 like 像 over 超过 than 比
Life was like a box of chocolates; you never know what you are going to get.
生命就像一盒巧克力，你永远不会知道你会拿到哪一块。
I like sports such as swimming, playing badminton and jogging.
我喜欢运动，例如：游泳，打羽毛球和跑步。
【经典例题】
【例1】Mike is leaving _____ America next Monday.
A.for B. of C. in D. of
解析：A本题考查介词的固定搭配，leave for离开去某地。根据语境“迈克下周一要出发去美国”，故选A
【例2】The beautiful skirt is made _____cotton.
A. of B. into C. by D.from
解析：D本题考查介词固定搭配be made from。Be made from 表示“由什么制成（看不出原材料）”；be made of表示“由……制成（能看出原材料）”，be made into表示“被制成……”;be made by表示“被（某人）制成”。句意：裙子是由棉花做成的。故选D
【例3】He reminded me _____the old days.

解析：B 本题考查介词固定搭配remind sb. of sth.。remind sb. of sth.使某人想起什么。句意：他让我想起了以前的日子，故选B
