第一课时(A. Let’s talk ＆ Look and say)
教学目标 1.能听、说、认读单词welcome, back, boy, and, girl, we, new, friend, today, from等；能运用句型“I’m ... I’m from ...”介绍自己的情况。（语言能力） 2.通过学习国家名称，了解加拿大及美国的标志性建筑物，感知与体验文化多样性，能礼貌、得体地与人沟通。（文化意识） 3.能通过对英语国家标志性建筑物图片的观察，获取人物国籍信息， 辅助对对话文本的理解。（思维品质） 4.能大胆地尝试用英语流利地介绍自己。（学习能力）
教学重点 能够熟练运用句型“Hello/Hi, I’m ... I’m from ...”介绍自己的姓名、国籍或籍贯。
教学难点 认识和理解英语中人名、地名及国家名称的写法和读法，能在日常生活中熟练地运用重点句型进行交流。
教学过程 批注
Step 1 Warm-up&Lead in 通过歌曲，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，创造轻松欢快的课堂氛围。 由熟悉的课本人物引入本课主题，同时复习打招呼句型。
Warm up 1.Greetings 教师热情地和学生打招呼问好，作简单的Free talk。 T: Hello! Everyone. Welcome back! Nice to see you again. Ss: Nice to see you, too. 2.Enjoy a song 教师播放歌曲Hello!的动画视频，引导学生边唱边做打招呼动作。 Lead in（课前引入） 通过复习课本人物导入介绍两位新朋友。 PPT依次呈现Zoom，Sarah，John，Mike和Wu Binbin等课本人物的图片，教师引导学生以课本人物的身份，用句型“Hello, I’m ...”打招呼，回顾课本人物。 T: Do you still remember your old friends (Lead students to introduce them by using “Hello, I’m …”) Ss: Hello/Hi, I’m Zoom/Sarah/John/Mike ...
Step 2 Presentation&Practice 通过人物轮廓引导学生猜测，调动学生学习积极性。同时，通过熟悉的课文人物，形象地教学新单词。 引导学生观察图片，带着问题观看动画，整体感知文本。 教师引导学生听录音跟读课文对话，使学生能够充分理解课文内容，并且能以正确的语音、语调朗读对话。利用看图介绍的活动，帮助学生巩固重点句型。 在学习课文对话的基础上,让学生连线并进行自我介绍,使学生真正地掌握重点句型
Presentation.（对话学习） Learn the new words 1.PPT展示两位新朋友的人物轮廓。 T: Hello, boys and girls. Today we’re going to meet two new friends！ T: Look and guess: Who are they Who is a girl/boy (Point and lead students to say a boy/a girl) Ss: (He’s/She’s) a boy/girl. 2.PPT再次呈现Sarah，John，Mike，Wu Binbin 和 Chen Jie的图片， 教授新单词boy和girl，注意boy的发音，并区分单复数形式。 Let’s talk 1.PPT呈现Miss White, John和Sarah上课的情景图，教师提问。 T: Who can you see Where are they Ss: Miss White, John and Sarah. They’re in the classroom. T: Boys and girls, today we have two new friends！ 2.教师播放A. Let’s talk版块的视频，学生看视频，回答问题。 T: Let’s watch the video and answer. Who are they Where are they from (After watching the video) T: OK! Can you answer the questions Q1, who are they S1: They are Amy and Zhang Peng. T: Great! Amy is a girl. Zhang Peng is a boy. Q2, where are they from S2: Amy is from the UK, and Zhang Peng is from Shandong. T: Bingo! How do you know it Amy says, “Hi, I’m Amy. I’m from the UK.” Zhang Peng says, “Hi, I’m Zhang Peng. I’m from Shandong.” 3.PPT呈现挖空的课文对话，学生根据图片补全对话。 4.教师播放Let’s talk版块的音频，学生听录音跟读。然后分角色朗读对话。 T: Boys and girls, let’s read the dialogue after the tape. Please listen carefully, then read carefully. Pay attention to the new words “and, today, welcome”. T: Now, please read by yourselves. T: Now, please practice the dialogue in groups. T: Now, who wants to be the teacher Who wants to be Amy Who wants to be Zhang Peng Let’s act the dialogue out. 5.PPT呈现图片，学生看图片，以图中人物的身份进行自我介绍。 T: Let’s look and introduce yourself.（分页呈现Amy和Zhang Peng的图片） Ss: Hello/Hi, I’m __________. I’m from__________. Nice to see you. Practice.（单词/句型操练） Look and say 1.分别展示加拿大国家电视塔和金门大桥的图片，教授单词Canada 和the USA，随后引导学生分别以Mike和Sarah的身份进行自我介绍。（此处教师可补充展示加拿大和美国的国旗） T: Look, this is Mike. Where is the CN Tower S1: ... T: It’s in Canada. Read after me, Canada, Canada, Canada. Ss: Canada, Canada, Canada. T: If you are Mike, how will you introduce yourself You can use the sentences “Hi! I’m ... I’m from ...” S1: Hi! I’m Mike. I’m from Canada. T: So great! Let’s go on! Look, this is Amy. Where is ... ... 2.PPT呈现课本对话，教师再次强调单词Canada和the USA，学生 自己读对话。 3.PPT呈现人物和国家图片，学生看图并进行匹配，随后用句型“Hi! I’m ... I’m from ...”做介绍。
Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 创设真实的情境，让学生在真实的情景中操练句型，培养学生的综合运用能力。
1.Pair work （1）学生两人一组，仿照课本进行对话练习。示例如下： S1: Hi, I’m ... I’m from ... What about you S2: Hi, I’m ... I’m from ... （2）教师请几组学生上台表演对话。对于表现好的小组，教师给予相应的奖励。 2.Train, train, train Students are asked to introduce themselves one by one with the sentences “Hi! I’m ... I’m from ...” S1: Hi, I’m… I’m from ...
