形容词和副词的级
形容词和副词有三个等级：
原级、比较级、最高级
原级：即形容词和副词的原形。
如： small, good, pretty, big, many
hard, happily, slowly, quickly
比较级：两个人或物之间的比较。单音节词通常是-er结尾；多音节或部分双音节词通常在之前加more.
如:smaller, taller, older, harder
more interesting , more quickly
最高级：三个或三个以上的人或物之间的比较。单音节词通常是-est结尾；双音节或部分多音节词通常在之前加most.在形容词的最高级前必须加the；副词前可以不加。
如：smallest,tallest,newest

比较级
A+be+比较级+than+B，表示“A比B更……”
eg. Mary is much younger than Marial.
(2)可用much ,far ,a lot ,a little ,a bit,even, many 等修饰来加强语气.
eg.Today is even colder.
(3)疑问词+动词+比较级,A or B 表示“A和B比较，哪一个更…… ”
eg. Who draws better ,Tom or Jim

(4) 比较级+ and + 比较级，表示“越来越…”
eg. The days are getting shorter and shorter.

(5) the +比较级 , the + 比较级,表示“越…越…”
eg. The harder you study, the more you will get.
(6)用比较级表示最高级
①比较级+than any other+单数名词，表示“比起任何一个更……”
eg.Peter is stronger than any other boy in his class.
②比较级+than the other+复数名词，表示“比起其他所有的更……”
eg.Peter is stronger than the other boys in his class.
最高级
常用结构“主语+be动词+the+形容词最高级（+名词）+in/of+比较范围”。
一般情况下，如果主语与介词短语中的名词或指代词属于同一类，用of；
如果不同类，则用in。
e.g.Today is the hottest day of the year.
Mary is the tallest in the family .
多音节及部分双音节形容词最高级常用结构为“the most+形容词原级（+名词）+比较范围”。
e.g.This is the most delicious cake in the world.
