学习 目标 1.学生能够听说读写重点词汇fisherman, scientist, pilot, coach等。 2.学生能够根据句型“Where does ...work ”“He/She works....”询问别人的工作地点。 3.学生能读懂Let’s learn的课文，并回答相关问题。 4.学生能够了解大学，并努力学习。
教学 重难点 1.能询问他人（第三人称单数）的工作，并作出相应回答； 2.能询问他人在何处工作，并作出相应回答； 3.能读懂Let’s learn的课文，并回答相关问题；
学情 分析 六年级的学生已经学习了三年英语，有一定英语基础。大部分同学具有强烈的好奇心和浓厚的学习兴趣，他们上课积极活跃。部分同学由于基础不扎实，缺乏自信，不愿表达，害怕开口。 在教学过程中，教师要改进课堂教学方式，让师生之间的课堂活动形式更加多样化，师生之间更加融洽;重新调整对学生的评价模式，让他基础弱的同学更好的发挥自身潜能，规范学习态度，严谨学习作风;并且加强与学生家长的交流，更好发挥家校共建作用:与问题学生多谈心，多交流，帮助他们想办法，解决学习上存在的问题，让他们看到努力后的结果。 学生之前已经学过“factory worker,postman,businessman”等职业，以及如何询问他人的职业，而今天学习“fisherman,scientist,...”等职业,以及学习如何询问他人在哪里工作，这是在之前内容上的巩固和拓展。

Part 2 ： Let’s learn.学习本节课重点单词与句型。 Step II: Let’s learn: 1.Lead in T:Look! Oliver is talking about his family with Wu Binbin. 2. Let’s learn T:Look at this photo, this is Oliver’s uncle and he is a fisherman. Let’s learn the word “fisherman”. Look at here, we can remember like this: “fish+er+man=fisherman”. How do they ask and answer S1:Where does he work S2:He works at sea. T:Good! Look at this picture. What does Oliver’s aunt do S:scientist. T:Boys ask, girls answer. Boys:Where does she work Girls:She works in a university. T:Excellent. Look! She is Oliver’s sister. She is a pilot. Now girls ask, boys answer. Girls:Where does she work Boys:She works on a plane. T:Good! Look at this picture. He is Oliver’s brother. He is a coach. Now team 1 ask, team 2 answer. ...... 3.Let’s watch T:Now let’s watch the video. 4.Role-play T:Two students in a group. Part 3： Let’s practice。练习本课目标单词。 Step III:Let’s practice: 1.Game time T:Now let’s play a game. Look at these carrots. Please remember their colors and word. I will show you different color of carrot, please say out the word quickly. 2.Write and discuss T:Look at this chart, please fill in blanks according to the pictures in the chart. 3.Free talk T:What do your parents do Where do they work Work with your partner, ask and answer. 4.Exercises T:Now let’s do some exercises. ...... Part 4： Summary。总结本节课学习内容。 Step V:Summary T:Now let’s summarize that what words did we learn today S:...... T:What What about sentences S:..... 通过提问的方式总结本节课词汇或者句型。
Part 5： Homework。布置作业 Step VI:Homework 1.Read and write the new words 3 times. 2.Make a dialogue with your partners. 3.Finish your exercises. 通过布置作业巩固复习本节课单词以及句型。

教学反思：本节课首先通过歌曲导入，谈论学生所了解的职业，然后复习上节课的目标句型。在Presentation部分，由Oliver父母的职业，引出其他家人的职业，学习本课目标语言。在学习新知时，适当通过图片，视频拓展职业信息，激发学生兴趣。在学习课文时，通过观看视频，回答相关问题，深入学习课文。 在练习过程中，采用游戏，填空以及小组问答等方式充分练习，让学生由浅入深的练习，达到巩固的作用。本节课丰富有趣，层层递进，充分激发学生的学习积极性，高效地达成本节课的教学目标。
