学习 目标 1.学生能够阅读Story time并从中获取关键信息。 2.学生能够听说读写单词cook,doctor,nurse,teacher等。 3.学生能够运用“What does/do...do ”“He/She is a ....”询问某人的职业。 4.学生能够尊重其他人的职业，树立正确的职业观。
教学 重难点 1.学生能够根据关键信息复述文章。 2.学生能够询问其他人的职业并做出回答。
学情 分析 本节课是“Story time”故事情节。是第五单元的第一节课。主要关于询问他人的职业并进行回答，属于一节对话阅读课。本节课要学习一些关于职业的词汇，并学习如何询问职业的句型，以及描述职业内容。五年级的学生对职业这个话题已经有所认识，能够认识并了解一些职业，对这个话题也比较感兴趣。所以在授课时，要引入学生们感兴趣的职业以及职业内容，激发学生的兴趣。因为是阅读课，在进行授课时，带着问题进行阅读，让学生有目的的进行阅读，培养学生的阅读技巧。 五年级的学生，经过几年的英语学习，差距也有所明显。所以在授课时，针对基础较好的学生，以引导兴趣为主，继续保持学习英语的热情。针对学困生，从基础进行培养，让学生从基础出发，先树立学生的自信心。

T:Who can share with us your answer S1:Mike’s father is a teacher. S2:Mike’s mother is a writer. S3:Su Hai’s father is a doctor. S4:Su Hai’s mother is a worker. T:Well done. 2.Read and find T: Now let’s read and find where are they work and their daily work. After two minutes. T:OK. Let’s check your answers. Any volunteer S1:Mike’s father teaches English. T:Where does she work S1:School. S2:Mike’s mother writes stories. She works at home. T:Now let’s read this part. Answer the questions about Su Hai. S3:Su Hai’s father helps sick people. Talk about your parents’ jobs. 本环节主要学习Story time中的文章，主要通过问题来学习Story time，训练学生的听力技巧。
Part 3： Let’s practice。练习巩固。 Step III:Let’s practice: Fill in blanks T:Fill in the blanks with the appropriate form of the given word 2.Multiple choice T:Read the sentence and choose the correct answer. 3.Linking T:Like the words in a sentence ..... T:We should respect every job! 对本节课知识进行练习巩固并进行感情教育，教导学生要尊重每一份职业。
Part 4： Summary。总结本节课学习内容。 Step V:Summary T:What words did we learn today S:cook,teacher,doctor,nurse,worker ...... T: How about sentences S:What does your father/mother do ... 通过提问的方式让学生们自己总结本节课所学习的重点单词和句型。
Part 5： Homework。布置作业 Step VI:Homework 1.Read and try to recite the story. 2.Write a short passage to introduce your parents’ jobs. 通过布置作业巩固复习本节课单词以及句型。

教学反思：本节课属于一节阅读课，主要学习关于职业的词汇以及询问职业的句型。在设计教学时，通过歌曲进行热身，活跃课堂氛围，并通过猜职业等游戏导入课堂。在进行story time的学习时，通过一些问题进行学习，有目的的进行阅读，然后进行小组训练，并做一些习题进行练习，最后进行总结和作业布置。
