教学 重难点 1.区分美式英语和英式英语的不同。 2.熟练阅读Cartoon time中的对话，并完成相关练习
学情 分析 本节课主要是Culture time和Cartoon time的教学。Culture time主要是一种文化的教学，区分美式英语和英式英语的不同点。五年级的学生已经有了一定的文化寄出，理解思维能力也有了一定的发展。能够很好的区分文化的差异。有一些不同的词汇学生们也有所理解，可以进行引导教学。。Cartoon time是篇有趣的对话，主要讲述Bobby和朋友讨论各自父亲的职业，比较有趣。学生们一般兴趣也较高，所以在教授时，要设置一些问题勾起学生们的兴趣，让他们带着问题进行阅读，进行有目的的阅读。重点注意如何对职业进行询问以及回答。

Part 2 ： Let’s review.复习上一节课内容。 Step II: Let’s review: 1.Let’s play T:Now let’s play a game. Look at these words and pictures. Can you match them Let’s have a try. .... T:Very good. Most of you did a good job, 2.Let’s say T:Now let’s talk about your parents’ jobs. What do your parents do Where do they work 本环节主要复习上一节课句型。通过小游戏和自由讨论来复习，增加学生们学习的兴趣性。
Part 3： Culture time.学习culture time中的文化差异。 Step III:Culture time: 1.Let’s guess T:Look at the pictures and guess: What does he do S:He is a policeman. 2.Cultural difference T:In the US, we call a policeman a “cop”. 3.Let’s guess T:Look at the pictures and guess: What does he do S:He is a firefighter. 4.Cultural difference T:In the UK, we call a firefighter a “fireman”. 5.Let’s learn T:Now let’s look at the differences between American English and British English. 6.Cultural difference T:Now let’s look at more different words between American English and British English. ..... 本环节先通过图片提示猜职业，然后学习英式英语与美式英语的不同。
Part 4： Cartoon time。学习对话。 Step IV:Cartoon time 1.Look and say T:Look at the picture, where are they S:In the street.. 2.Watch and answer T:Watch the video and answer questions:What does Bobby’s father do What does Bobby’s friend’s father do .... S1:He is a doctor. S2:He is a worker. 3.Read and fill T:Read the dialogue and fill in the blanks. .... T:Who can share with us your answer. S1:Bobby’s father has a nice car.S2:It has big arms. S2:Bobby’s friend’s father is a worker. He makes cars. T:Good! 4.Look and answer T:Look at the picture, What’s wrong with Bobby’s father now S:He can’t go now. 5.Let’s read T:Now let’s read the dialogue. 6.Watch and imitate T:Let’s watch the video and imitate the dialogue. 通过设置问题学习Cartoon time.带有目的的阅读，让学生更容易找到关键信息。能够训练学生们的阅读技能。
Part 5： Let’s practice。练习巩固。 Step V:Let’s practice T:Now let’s do some exercises. 1.Read the sentence and choose the correct answer. 2.Fill in the blanks with the appropriate form of the given word. 3.Link the words into a sentence. 通过一些习题进行练习加强巩固。
Part 6： Homework。布置作业 Step VI:Homework 1.Recite the cartoon time. 2.Find more different words between American English and British English. 通过布置作业巩固复习本节课内容。

教学反思：本节课教学时，通过歌曲热身。然后通过连连看的游戏复习单词，增加学生兴趣。在学习Culture时通过展示让学生学习英式英语与美式英语的不同。学习Cartoon时进行有目的性阅读，让学生在不知不觉中就已经学习完文章， 然后进行练习加强。最后进行总结以及作业布置。
