本节课所授的内容为外研版（三年级起点）六年级上册 Module10 Unit1 Don’t talk in the library.本模块的主题是Making rules，功能是谈论并制定公共场所的规则。本堂课是该模块的Unit1,课文情景是Daming和Simon在图书馆借书要遵守图书馆规则。本节课的教学重点是通过对课文的学习，学生能够运用祈使句“Please…”和“Don’t…”来为公共场所制定规则。本节课要完成的任务是：为漳州的公共场所制定规则，争创第五届全国文明城市。本堂课将教学活动与学生的生活实际相结合，充分体现了英语课程的工具性和人文性，注重提高学生的核心素养，关注学生的发展。
学生情况分析：
小学六年级的学生相对于低年级的学生来说，注意力比较集中，非常乐于表现自己的才能展示自身的价值。因此在教学中可以给学生适当的自主学习时间，发挥学生的主体地位，并选择多种多样的教学方法，运用灵活多样的教学手段，满足学生参与活动和学习的需要。 知识水平： 六年级的学生，经过三年多的英语学习，已经具备一定的英语学习基础，有着浓厚的英语学习兴趣。但随着英语学习的深入，也出现了两级分化的现象。因此，在本堂课教学中，不仅要注重英语基础扎实的同学的提高，同时也要注重基础薄弱的同学的发展，使每位同学在课堂上都能得到锻炼。
教学目标
