Ruby walked over to my mother, we girls holding our breath. We waited to see who would shout first
and what terrible things would be said. “We are sorry about the flowers. The girls will fix them and help

The missing family member is a cat. Colin and Echo have lived in a house boat for 14 years. Two years after
they got the boat, they took in three black and white cats that they named after characters from the Harry
Potter series — Harry, Ron and Hermione. The cats often jumped off the boat and always returned, but one
day, Harry never came back. The couple searched around and put up posters to ask for information, but the
cat had just disappeared. The couple missed him, but they still had two other cats to care for. So imagine
their surprise when they got a call last week. It said that the cat had been found. It turns out that Harry had
been living on a farm for the last 10 years. A visitor found Harry there and sent him to an animal shelter.
Luckily, the shelter worker found Harry still had the stored data of the owner with him. Harry has now
returned home and lives with his brother and sister.
