Topic Unit 10 If you go to the party，you'll have a great time! Period Ⅱ　Section A(Grammar Focus～3c)
学情 分析 学生们通过Section A的学习,对于本单元的话题和句型结构有了一定的了解。感知If..will.句型的功能和结构，但是由于学生的练习强度和归纳能力不够，对if..will...句型并没有完全掌握。所以，教师要充分利用这个课时的活动和练习，为学生系统地归纳和巩固。对学生来说，掌握主句与从句中时态的区别，特别是当从句主语是第三人称单数时动词形式的变化，仍然是一个难点。教学内容与学生实际生活密切相关，容易调动学生已有的基础知识，激发学习兴趣及课堂参与的积极性。该班学困生多，课堂积极性不够高，参与率低，教法精简重点词汇与句型，分层次记忆与操练。通过各种方式对新句型与新单词进行反复大量的操练达到语用的目的。
教学 内容 分析 本节课是第一课时的延伸。从语言活动、语言形式、语言 #意义及语言运用多方面引导学生巩固对本单元重点语法项目的理解。呈现了了情态动词should的使用范例:Should we ask people to bring food Do you think we should give people some small gifts if they win 为Section B部分使用should给他人提出建议作铺垫。3a为补全短文练习，引导学生在语境中体会英语中动词因 表意不同而采取不同的形式，学生应根据需要选用不同的动词时态，特别要注意在使用If...will..句型时，主句用一般将来 时，从句用一般现在时。3b的练习要求学生补全If..will...句式的从句或主句部分，具有一定的开放性，学生可以发挥自己的悬象力，对所给事情的结果或条件作出预测，只要退集合理即可.活动3c是开放性的写作练习，要求学生灵活运用本单元的目标语言，合作讲述一个故事。本课时通过带领学生进行探究性语法学习，巩固了第一课时的知识，也为下一节课的学习做好了铺垫，在整个单元中起着承上启下的作用。

教学 过程 Teacher’s Activities Students’ Activities Intention
Step 1 Lead-in 1. Talking: Let’s look at the pictures in 1a and let Ss make sentences with “if…will” . e.g. If you go to the party with Karen and Anna, you’ll have a good time. One by one, let some Ss make a sentences by themselves. 2. Game: Tell Ss “If you have a lot of money, what will do ” Ss think and tell the class what they will do. Judge who is the best. 看趣味图片。找出其中的if条件句。 通过视频进行if条件句回顾，快速进入本课时主题----if条件句的用法。
Step 2 Grammar Focus 1.Review the grammar focus.Ask students to say the statements and responses. 2.Ask students to work in small groups.Ask each group to write down as many sentences like those in the grammar focus as they can. 3.Ask some groups to share their sentences with the class. 读Grammar Focus句型并进一步总结规律。找出“if, will”.观察并总结发现if引导的条件状语从句语基本用法。 把独立思考和小组探究的方式结合起来，既能培养学生的思考能力，也能培养学生的合作能力。
Step 3 Presentation T helps Ss learn the usage of if-clauses: (1) 用法 表示主句动作发生所需要的条件。 (2) 位置 主句在前，从句在后，中间没有逗号。 从句在前，主句在后，中间有逗号。 (3) 时态 主将从现主情从现主祈从现 T asks Ss to read the sentences in Grammar Focus and answer some questions. 跟着老师学习if引导的条件状语从句语法知识。 通过观察,给出if条件状语从句的语法规律。 教学过程中注意穿插游戏互动环节，保持课堂气氛的活跃性。
Step4　practice Work on 3a 1.Ask students to read the letter for the main idea quickly. 2.Ask students to complete the task in 3a on their own.Fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the verbs in brackets. 3.Check the answers. Work on 3b 1.Ask students to scan the contents before the blank lines.Then complete the sentences on their own. 2.Ask 2 or 3 students to present their answers. 3.Correct the mistakes if there are some in their answers. Post－task(3c) 1.Read the instructions and then have a student read the example.Make sure everyone knows what to do. 2.Ask the whole class to practice doing the exercise together. 3.Group work.Ask students to work in groups of five or six.Then let several groups to say their stories to the class. 完成3a填空。选中的同学说出自己的答案。 完成3b句子。选中的同学说出自己的答案。 讨论并使用if条件句讲述故事，完成3c任务单。 通过练习掌握讨论事情结果的句型。根据提示完成句子，锻炼学生的逻辑思维，并加强对if条件状语从句的运用。 小组活动可以调动学生的积极性，并且让学生能够相互交流，练习口语表达的同时加深对彼此的了解。

Step 7 Summary if条件状语从句 用法:表示主句动作发生所需要的条件。 位置 :主句在前，从句在后，中间没有逗号。从句在前，主句在后，中间有逗号。 时态:主将从现 主情从现 主祈从现 注意:在条件状语从句中，if的含义为“如果”，时态是主将/情/祈从现。当if的含义为“是否”时，时态要根据实际情况选择。 跟随老师一起进行内容总结。 加深学生对知识点的理解和记忆。
Step 8 Homework 1.复习Grammar Focus 中的内容。 2.将3c的短文，再完整地写一遍。 3.Have students write their sentences with “if” on their exercise books. 记录作业 内化所学知识，强化学习效果。

有待 改进 练习设计梯度应该更加鲜明突出，满足不同层次的学生要求，使学生各有所学,适合每一层次学生的需要。 2.语法项目有些枯燥，应创设更多有趣的情境。
