教学内容及教材处理 本课教学内容选自教材Unit 1读写部分，要求学生能读懂有关个人与家庭生活的文章，并能就关键信息对比分析，了解中西方家庭价值观的差异，完成介绍中西方家庭生活的短文写作。
学 情 分 析 经过前面的学习，学生已能根据情境选用得体的用语打招呼，能够使用常见句型介绍个人及家庭成员的基本情况。与此同时，学生基本了解中华传统家庭价值观，但对于中西方家庭价值观的差异缺乏对比分析和系统认识。

课中实施 Pre-reading Think and discuss. 处理教材活动9。 （1）学生根据自身情况讨论更喜欢和谁住在一起，为后续阅读活动做铺垫。 （2）拓展活动：教师展示课前问卷的统计数据，学生讨论并回答问题： Why do you want to live with your parent(s) or grandparent(s) Do you like your family life 检测学生的学习效果，旨在引导学生通过问答分享各自家庭的居住习惯，进一步加深对中国家庭价值观的理解，从而为阅读下文中的家庭简介、体会中西家庭文化的差异做铺垫。
While-reading 1. Read and underline. 处理教材活动10，可分两步： （1）学生快速浏览两则家庭简介，标出文中提到的家庭成员。 *（2）拓展活动：学生思考可用于描述两个家庭特点的形容词，在文本中找出能体现该特点的支撑语句。 2. Read and complete. （1）处理教材活动11。学生再读文段，结合两个家庭的不同点，从居住情况、家庭成员相处习惯等方面补全下面的情况对比表。 *（2）拓展活动：学生依据上面的表格，归纳两个家庭的特点。 Zhang Yuchen’s Family: love, strict Anna Smith’s Family: energetic, love 借助标出关键信息、寻找支撑语句、对比分析细节信息、归纳主要特点等一系列活动，侧重培养学生在阅读过程中通过快速阅读寻找关键词，细读对比、分析并提炼关键信息，从而解读文本内涵的能力。
Post-reading Read and match. 处理教材活动12。 学生细读家庭简介，根据两个家庭的不同特点，分析并推测以下情形可能发生在哪一个家庭，并进行匹配。 (1) Mother helps children with their homework in the evening. (2) Children watch TV with grandparents on the weekend. (3) Children play with their little dog after school. (4) Father buys a birthday gift for grandmother. 通过分析中西方家庭特点，在此基础上预测家庭相处情形并做出判断，培养学生分析关键信息，进行推理判断的能力。
Writing 1. Read and write. 处理教材活动13。 学生仿照阅读材料，运用所学语言知识写出能说明中西方家庭不同的生活方式与家庭理念的简短文段。 *（1）铺垫活动：找出活动 11中比较中西方家庭价值观念的异同所用到的关键句型。 live in the same community 住在同一个社区 cook and have lunch together 一起做饭、吃饭 love children爱孩子们 be strict with their children 对孩子们非常严格 live alone in her own house 一个人住在她自己的房子里 go jogging every evening 每天晚上回去慢跑 （2）头脑风暴：学生通过对比归纳中西方家庭价值观念的异同结合所找到的关键句型，描述两个家庭的特点。 参考答案： Zhang Yuchen’s Family: Whole Family Yuchen’s family pay more attention to the whole family. For example, they live in the same community, and cook and have lunch with grandparents almost every Saturday. Parents are very strict with children’s homework. Anna Smith’s Family: Individual Anna’s family pay more attention to individuals. For example, they don’t live together with grandma. Parents go jogging every evening. They don’t stay with the children. （3）学生小组分享写作，师生分别进行评价。 本环节是写作活动，教师引导学生在反复研读阅读材料的基础上，运用所学语言知识进行仿写，说明中西方家庭不同的生活方式与家庭理念，从而感知中西方文化差异。
Conclusion 教师引导学生围绕以下两方面，结合本单元读写部分微课，总结本课所学： 2.组织学生游戏结算课堂积分。 总结本次课程重点知识，形成课堂逻辑，帮助学生抓住并掌握重点内容。
Homework 学生结合下面的几个问题，尝试描写自己的家庭生活，并与同学分享。 Who do you live with Do you often see your grandparents Are your parents strict with your homework Do you have a pet How does your family celebrate birthdays and traditional festivals Does your family pay more attention to the whole family or individual life 总结本课所学。
课后拓展 完成本单元对应的练习册。
教学反思 阅读部分的知识点掌握没有问题，主要问题反应在仿写上面，能力还是欠缺，句子的书写顺序有较大的问题。
