教材分析
本节课是本单元第四课时，为开学日记的后半部分。
语篇分析
语篇为日记，主要内容包含孟浩上英语课的发言和老师对高一新生的建议和鼓励。其中涉及孟浩发言的紧张心情的描写和老师给出的非常有条理的建议。
学情分析
已有基础：用英语介绍自己开学报到的经历和感受；会写英语日记（标题，衔接方法，经历和感受的表达）；短语和新单词的含义已经记牢。
存在障碍：不会英语解释英语；用新表达造句存在困难。
发展需求：根据语境paraphrase长难句和地道表达即用英文解释英文，培养英语语感和语言意识；学会怎样向别人提出建议；培养朗读，复述和背诵的习惯。
教学目标
通过本节课的学习，学生能够
1.加深对单词在语境中用法的理解，补充词汇的相关用法，用新表达改进旧表达。
2.学会有条理的向他人提出建议。
教学重点
1.学会新单词，短语，句式的用法培养说完整话的习惯。
2.学会自然且有逻辑地提建议。
教学难点
1.主动阅读发现问题并提出质疑；及时记笔记，抓住重点。
