1. 形容词性物主代词的用法
（1）形容词性物主代词具有形容词的特性，常放在名词前面作定语，表明
该名词所表示的人或物是“谁的”。如：
My friend, Toby, is an English boy. 我的朋友托比是个英国男孩。
（2）与形容词一起修饰名词时，形容词性物主代词要放在形容词的前面。如：
His old bike is lost. 他的旧自行车丢了。
注意：如果名词前已经用了形容词性物主代词，就不能再用冠词（a, an, the）
或指示代词（this, that, these, those）等修饰词。
2. 名词性物主代词的用法
（1）名词性物主代词在句子中可以作主语、宾语、表语等。
1）作主语。如：
May I borrow your bike Yours works better.
我可以借用你的自行车吗？你的比我的好骑。
2）作宾语。如：
I don’t like my camera. I like yours.
我不喜欢我的照相机，我喜欢你的。
3）作表语。如：
That computer isn’t mine, it’s yours.
那台电脑不是我的，是你的。
（2）名词性物主代词有时可以和of构成短语。如：
A friend of mine is a good tour guide.
我的一个朋友是一位很好的导游。
（3）名词性物主代词作主语时，谓语动词的单、复
数形式取决于它所替代的名词的数。如：
①My hair is long, hers is short.
我的头发长，她的头发短。
②Your mobile phones are new, ours are old.
你们的手机新，我们的旧。

物主代词两类型，形容词与名词性。
形容词性作定语，后面定把名词用。
名词性要独立用，主宾表语它都充。
助记：物主代词用法口诀
1. 大部分形容词性物主代词在后面加 “s”构成名词
性物主代词.有3个特殊情况:
my—mine, his— his, its—its。
2. 形容词性物主代词与名词性物主代词的区别：
前者有名词的含义，后面需跟名词；后者可单独使用，相当于对应的形容词性物主代词加名词。
3. 名词性物主代词作主语时，如果含义是单数，后面的be动词用is；如果含义是复数，那么be动词用are。
