2.列出关于学习习惯的表达方式,并与同伴交流,明确什么才是好的学习习惯。
3.培养良好的学习习惯。
1.重点:在听的过程中准确获取和处理信息,能就所听内容进行会话交流。
2.难点:灵活运用目标语言谈论相关话题。
Step 1 Lead-in
T:It's fun to learn English.But sometimes learning English can be difficult.Boys and girls,have you ever got any trouble learning English
Ss:Yes.
T:What things are difficult for you
S1:I can't…
S2:I can't…
T:Since we really have some problems in learning English,we'd better find some ways to solve them.
通过询问学生英语学习中遇到的困难,引导学生回忆和巩固上节课所学目标语言。通过引导学生进行相互交流,导入本节课谈论的话题。
Step 2 Presentation(1a)
Read the list in 1a and find the statements that are true for you.
Step 3 Practice(1b)
Ask the students what other things are difficult for them and get them to make a list.
e.g.I don't know enough words to write well.
引导学生就自已学习中存在的问题和困难做理性的思考和分析,并做出相应的表述,以形成一定的话题词汇的积累及提高句式的准确运用能力。
Step 4 Listening(1c)
T:Paul is a nice boy.He works hard at his English,but still has many learning challenges,Now listen to the tape and find
out what challenges he has and check them in the box.
Ask the students to go over the items 1-4 firstly,then play the recording for the students to listen to and ask them to complete the learning challenges that Paul talks about.If necessary,play the recording a second time to complete 1c.Then check the answers.
Step 5 Listening(1d)
Listen again.Complete the solutions in 1d.
Ask the students to go over the four sentences in 1d and ask them to guess the meanings of these sentences.Then let the students listen to the tape and complete the solutions,Check the answers in pairs.
尽可能帮助学生在真实的语言情景中进一步体会目标语言的表达运用,同时也提高了学生听的语言技能。
Step 6 Pair-work(1e)
Ask the students to role-play the conversations using the information in 1c and 1d.Then ask several pairs to present their conversations to the class.
Model:A:I don't have a partner to practice English with.
B:Maybe you should join an English club.
帮助学生进一步理解1c和1d中的内容,并让他们有机会提升运用目标语言进行口头表达的能力。
Step 7 Group work
1.Divide the whole class into several groups to discuss their troubles in English learning.
2.Some students who are good at English can give others advice about how to learn English well.
3.Each group must choose a student to present their difficulties and advice to the class.
帮助学生进一步运用目标语言进行口头表达。
Step 8  Homework
1.Remember the words and phrases in this lesson.
2.Make a conversation with your partner about how to learn English well.
