课题 Unit 1 What's the matter Section A 1a-2d
教材（语篇）分析： 本节课是本单元的第一课时，在整个单元中起着话题导入的作用。侧重谈论健康问题及提出相关建议，借此学习并训练相关的语言结构。 1a介绍审题各部位的单词，1b和1c通过简单的听说活动想学生输入并操练有关询问与表述疾病及不适的基本单词和表达方式；2a-2b侧重听说技能训练，并加入了医治及处理建议，综合性地训练学生在该话题下的语言输入及输出能力。
学情分析： 自然情况 本科室话题贴近生活，学生对疾患及其处理方式有一定的的常识。 （二）已有基础 语言感知能力比较强，学生学习英语的积极性比较高。
（三）存在问题
但英语相关表达学生还是第一次接触。 （四）解决措施 在语言输出方面需要大量练习方能掌握。
教学目标： 通过本课学习，学生能够： 学生能学会重点单词，短语及目标语言（学习理解） 重点单词及短语：matter ,sore, have a cold ,stomachache ,foot ,neck ,stomach ,throat ,fever,lie down ,rest ,X-ray ,toothache ,take one’s temperature ,headache ,take breaks ,hurt 目标语言：What’s the matter/the trouble/the problem/wrong with you B: I have a cold /a cough/a fever . I have a toothache /headache /stomachache . There is something wrong with my leg. A:You should .../You shouldn’t .. B: That’s a good idea . /That sounds like a good idea . /I think I should /OK, thanks /Yes, you’re right . 通过听说训练，学会谈论健康问题并给出相应建议。 （应用实践） 养成良好的生活和学习习惯，加强自我保护意识，拥有健康的体魄。 （迁移创新）

学习活动设计 教师活动学生活动环节一：Activity 1 教师活动1 Lead-in Let the students Learn a chart about different parts of the body . 学生活动1 Enjoy a video 活动意图说明： 通过吟唱简单易学的有关人体各部位的歌谣，在轻松欢快的学习氛围中将学生的注意力吸引到课堂上，恰到好处地导入任务，切入主题。 环节二：Activity 2 教师活动2 Presentation Show a picture about different parts of the body and check how many words students know and remember . T:Look at the picture carefully . The group that can say the most words is the winner . Choose one student from each group to come to the front . They stand in line . The other students say the words loudly . The student in the front who acts correctly and quickly will be the winner . Then let the students finish Section A 1a. 学生活动2 Look at the pictures and teach new words . Finish 1a. 活动意图说明： 快速向学生展示人体部位的名称，这种紧张而富有挑战性的活动一方面让学生的知识储备得以展示，另一方面，让学生感知新的知识，接着，以轻松的游戏帮助学生复习、巩固学过的单词，同时通过竞赛的方式鼓励学生发言，培养团队精神，激发学生的学习兴趣。 环节三：Activity 3 教的活动3 Presentation T: You all did a good job . (Then show the picture ) T:What’s the matter with him S1: He has a sore throat S2: ... 学的活动3 Ask and answer . 活动意图说明： 学生通过看、听、思考，说出描述健康状况的常用句型，巩固学生掌握的相关词汇，而且直观上给学生留下深刻的印象，能很好地引导学生完成本单元的任务。 环节四：Activity 4 教的活动4 Listening practice Pre-listening Let the students look at the picture carefully and write the correct letter for each part of the body . Look at the pictures and ask and answer in pairs after the model . Pair work :-What’s the matter with you -I _______ 学的活动4 Ask and answer . 学的活动3 1. Ss observe the images and understand the situation. 2. Ss complete the questions and answers using past future tense. 活动意图说明： 通过图片展示目标句型并进行总结，为后面的听力做准备。 环节五：Activity 5 教的活动5 Listening 1b 1b Listen and number the names . T:Now you’ll hear a conversation . Listen for the first time . Look at the picture , and then number the names . Post-listen Play the recording one by one and let the student listen carefully and complete the conversations. 学的活动5 Finish 1b. 活动意图说明： 通过附加的听力来检测学生对疾病的表达。 环节六：Activity 6 教的活动6 Pair work :1c Ask the students to practice the conversations in 1b with a partner . Then make their own conversations . 学的活动6 观察与思考 1b的听力材料中用来询问对方能了的问句是_____ . 肯定回答用_____. 否定回答用______ . 活动意图说明： 在听说训练的基础上，引导学生发现语言现象，总结、巩固新词组和句型。 环节七：Activity 7 教的活动7 Listening 2a & 2b Pre-listening Get the students to give advice on different illnesses that they heard just now . T:We have different advice on different illnesses. Let’s have a discussion . 学的活动7 Have a discussion . 活动意图说明： 在同一个话题下开展不同的活动，下一个活动在前一个活动的结果中产生，这样更好地体现了任务与任务之间的环环相扣，并层层递进，任务在其语言知识的难度、内容的拓展及能力的训练上等都体现了渐进性与发展性，这是本课的一个亮点。 环节八：activity 8教的活动：While listening Listen and number the pictures. B: ... 学的活动： Finish 2a &2b Work in pairs 活动意图说明： 引导学生运用合作学习法进行语言实践，同时综合训练本课目标语言。 环节九：activity 9教的活动： Role-play (2d) Read the conversation in 2d quickly and answer these questions What is the matter with Lisa What did Lisa do on the weekend What does Lisa need to do now What should Lisa do if her head still hurts tomorrow Check the answers together . Role-play the conversation. Read it again and find out the important points . Then explain these points. 学的活动： Read aloud Discussion 活动意图说明： 创设语境，让学生感知、模仿所学目标语言，培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力，鼓励学生大胆开口，养成良好的语言表达习惯。

教学反思与改进 本节课以分组竞赛的形式贯穿始终，将竞争意识引入课堂，激发了学生的兴趣，培养学生的合作精神。在导入时，借助录像片，常设一种真实的、贴近学生实际生活的教学情境，培养学生以英语语言作为第一反应，在体验中自然得并用英语进行交流，从而提高学生的语言综合运用能力、自主学习和发散思维的能力。
