用英语打电话时，更讲究一些基本礼仪。那么，今天给小伙伴们介绍一下打电话的礼仪吧。
1. 如果你打电话给别人时，对方一接电话，你就要主动报上自己的名字。
例：Hello, this is Mary speaking.
你好，我是玛丽。

2. 如果你接到别人打来的电话时，对方没有报名字，这时你可以礼貌地询问。
例：Who is calling, please 请问您是哪位？
May I ask who is speaking 请问是谁打的电话？
当没听清楚对方的名字时，就可以礼貌地要求对方再说一遍。
例：Could you please repeat that 请您再说一遍好吗？

3. 如果你接到别人打错的电话时，你应该这样和对方说：
Sorry, I think you have got the wrong number.
很抱歉，我想你打错电话了。
