Japan started putting nuclear﹣contaminated water（核污染水）into the ocean on August 24 ,2023. History will never forget this day.
A tsunami（海啸）hit the Fukushima nuclear power plant（福岛核电站）on March 11, 2011 in Japan. It broke the nuclear reactors（核反应堆），so the reactors became very hot. Since then，workers have been using a lot of water to keep them cool. The water touches the reactors，so it has a lot of radioactive materials（放射性物质） .
Nuclear wastewater（ 核废水 ） is different. It's the waste from a normal power station. The rules on whether or not the wastewater can be put into the ocean are clear. So worked nuclear wastewater is often seen as safe usually. But nuclear﹣contaminated water is not.
Japan tries to mix the idea of the two kinds of water. The country says that the contaminated water goes through specially safe ways，and that it doesn't hurt people's health. However，the water has more than 60 kinds of radioactive materials. Many of them are still in great danger.

ChatGPT，a simple online AI chatbot，was created by the OpenAI in December 2022.
ChatGPT answers the question you give it clearly with speed. It can answer complex questions and answers on nearly any topic.
The technology of ChatGPT is in the second half of its name，GPT，which stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer(生成性预处理转换器). A transformer learns to predict not just the next word in a sentence but also the next sentence in a paragraph and the next paragraph in a passage. A transformer asks a lot of data（数据）. It is trained in two facts：first，it is pre-trained on common data，which is easier to collect，and then it is fine-tuned on fit data for the specific task. ChatGPT was pre-trained on a large store of online text to learn the rules and language；it was fine-tuned on the characters of a conversation.
So only two months after its coming out in late November，the chatbot had 100，000，000 monthly active users in January. OpenAI，which owns and hosts ChatGPT，recently became one of the 50 most visited websites in the world. As we all know，it took Instagram 2.5 years to get to it. TikTok got there in 9 months.
Yet，ChatGPT is already causing problems.
Perhaps unsurprisingly，people have already found uses for the tool that are less than ideal. For example，someone could use the app to create code for computer virus（病毒），students will use it to cheat in the exam，and since the chatbot isn't always correct：its sources aren't fact-checked，it might be used to spread disinformation. And the biggest problem is that some people may lose their jobs such as writers，screenwriters，journalists，coders and so on.
