导入新课 Revision Greeting each other. To show a picture of pollution and help students to say with the model. To show some other picture and encourage students to say the name and the type of them. Greeting Look and say. Review and language preparation.
讲授新课 Teaching the new lesson 听力训练(Listening） Get students to read the phrases about types of pollution and get the meanings. Read again for remember. Play the tapes for the first time for get the main idea. Play the tapes for the second time and get students to circle the kinds of pollution that Jason and Susan talk about . Check the answers together. Get students to read the incomplete statements and try to fill in some phrases according to what they have listened. Play the tapes for the third time and get students to check their answers. To show a form about the tense in the material and get students to fill in some verbs. Check the answers and explain the listening material in detail. Read after the tapes for correct their pronunciation. 对话练习（Pair work） Get students to read the function sentences in the table and try to remember. Get students to make conversations with their partners. Ask several groups to show their works in front of the class. 角色扮演（Role play） Get students to enjoy the video of this conversation for students to catch the topic. To show a simple form for students to read again and fill in some sentences. Ask several students to show their works,others check and add more. Explain the conversations sentence one by one for check the answers and help students to underline the sentences important. Help students to underline some useful expression about actions to protect the environment and read for remember. Read after the tapes for several times for correct their pronunciation. 小结与复习（Summary） List the useful expressions on the blackboard for students to read and remember. To show some exercise for students to finish and review some grammar knowledge. Try to learn some new words and expressions.Finish the listening test. Make dialogue with partners. Read and finish the task .Get the central meaning of this dialogue. Finish some exercise. Clean the language barriers and practice listening skills. To review and give chance for practice oral English. Practice reading skills and catch some useful expressions. Summary and review.
课堂小结 本节课延续前一部分的话题，由找出污染现象逐步过渡到解决污染问题，调动了学生的主观能动性。同时通过听力和阅读的方式锻炼学生提炼材料中关键信息的能力。
