命题 1 并列连词
(1)并列连词
并列连词 含义及用法 示例
and (6年5考) “和”，表并列、递进或顺承关系 I can speak English and French.我会说英语和法语。
用于“祈使句，and＋陈述句(表结果)”结构 Work hard, and you will make more progress. 努力学习，你就会取得更大的进步。
but (2020.66) “但是”，表转折关系；不能与although或though连用 We got to the bus station early but the bus had already left.我们早早到达汽车站，但车已经离开了。
or “或者”，表选择关系 Do you like apples or pears？你喜欢苹果还是梨？
“否则”，用于“祈使句，or＋陈述句”结构 Hurry up, or you'll miss the plane. 快点儿，否则你就赶不上飞机了。
so “所以”，表因果关系；不能与because或as连用 I got ill, so I went to see a doctor yesterday. 我生病了，所以我昨天去看了医生。
【真题例句解读】 例句：(2021短文填空节选74题)Lao Pan often says he loves China ________ its people so much. He sees it as a life long task to let more Westerners know what China is like. 分析句子结构可知，此处需填连词连接前后名词，根据句意可知前后名词为并列关系，and符合题意。故填and。

not only...but also... 不但……而且…… Not only Mary but also her parents like Guangdong food very much.不仅玛丽，她的父母也非常喜欢广东菜。
either...or... 或者……或者…… Either taking a deep breath or doing some sports can help you calm down.深呼吸或做一些运动可以帮你冷静下来。
neither...nor... 既不……也不…… Neither my sister nor I like eating fast food because it is unhealthy. 我姐姐和我都不喜欢吃快餐，因为它不健康。

命题点 2 从属连词
分类 从属连词 含义及用法 示例
时间 状语 从句 before “在……之前”，表示过去某一时间或动作之前已经完成的动作或存在的状态 I was a bit nervous before I arrived here, but there was no reason to be.来到这里之前我有些紧张，但其实没有理由紧张。
时间 状语 从句 after (2019.49) “在……之后”，表示主句的动作发生在从句动作之后 I'll go to play football after I finish my homework. 我完成作业后将会去踢足球。
when (2022.32) “当……时候”，从句用一般过去时，主句用过去的某种时态 We were careless when we passed the ball and we lost to the other team in the final match.我们在传球时粗心大意，在最后一场比赛中输给了另一支球队。
while “正当……时”，引导从句时，从句的谓语动词必须是延续性动词，且常用进行时 My mother was cooking dinner while I was reading a book. 我妈妈做饭时我正在看书。
as “当……时”，表示一件事情正在发生，另一件事情也在进行中，通常只用于一般过去时 As time went by, things seemed to get better.随着时间的流逝，事情似乎变得更好了。
until (2021.70) “直到……为止”，常用在“not...until...”结构中，表示“直到……才……” The boy didn't stop running until he reached the finish line. 那个男孩一直跑到终点线才停下来。
since “自……以来”，引导的从句用一般过去时，主句常用现在完成时 He has lived here since he was 10.他从十岁起就住在这里。
as soon as “一……就……”，引导的从句常用一般现在时，主句用一般将来时 We will go somewhere interesting as soon as the holiday begins.假期一开始，我们将会去某个有趣的地方。
原因 状语 从句 because (2023.71) “因为”，表示造成某种情况的直接原因，常用于回答why引导的问句，不能和so同时使用 I love going to school because everyone in my class is friendly.我喜欢上学，因为我班的每个人都是友好的。

since “既然”，语气比because弱，表示对方已知或众所周知的原因 Since he has said sorry to you, let it go. 既然他已经向你道歉了，那么就让它过去吧。
as “由于，因为”，语气比since弱，表示众所周知的原因，引导的从句位于主句前后均可 I didn't catch the bus as I got up late. 我没能赶上公交车，是因为我起床晚了。
条件状语 从句 if (2018.48) “如果”，if引导的条件状语从句用一般现在时，主句用一般将来时 Sometimes they will be a great help if you need some wise words to express your ideas.有时，如果你需要一些明智的话来表达你的想法，它们会很有帮助。
unless “除非”，unless可以转化为“if...not...”结构。主句和从句时态同if引导的条件状语从句用法一致 Pat won't finish the work unless he works with other students.Pat不能完成这项工作，除非他和其他学生一起合作。
让步 状语 从句 though/ although (2019.71) “虽然，尽管”，引导让步状语从句时，不能与but同时使用 Though/Although I don't like the artist, I admire his works.虽然我不喜欢这个艺术家，但我欣赏他的作品。
even though/if “即使”，引导让步状语从句时，不能与but同时使用 Even though/if I have enough time, I don't want to see a film. 即使我有足够的时间，我也不想去看电影。
结果 状语 从句 so... that... “如此……以至于……”，so修饰的 中心词是形容词或副词。 The cartoons were so good that they won a number of awards. 这些动画非常好，因此它们赢得了许多奖项。
such... that... “如此……以至于……”，such修饰的中心词是名词。注意：so＋adj./adv.＋that...＝such＋(a/an)＋adj.＋n.＋that... The box is so heavy that we can't carry it. ＝The box is too heavy for us to carry. ＝It is such a heavy box that we can't carry it. 这个盒子是如此的重，以至于我们搬不动它。
目的 状语 从句 so that (2019.37) “以便……”，后接从句，只能用于 句中 We hope to play well so that we can have more fans to watch the matches.我们希望踢得很好，这样我们就有更多的球迷观看比赛。
in order to/ in order that “为了……”，in order to 后跟动词 原形，in order that后跟句子 He works hard in order that he can live a better life. 为了过上更好的生活，他努力工作。
【精选例句】 I often exercise at the park because I love the clean air and sunshine. 我经常在公园锻炼，因为我喜欢清新的空气和阳光。 ①Although America's NBA games are the most famous, the CBA games are becoming more popular in China. 虽然美国的NBA比赛最有名，但CBA比赛在中国越来越受欢迎。[人教九(全)Unit 6 P46] ②Pandas are so cute that people all over the world love them.熊猫太可爱了，以至于全世界的人都喜欢它们。
