Fast reading Get students to scan the title and the pictures on the textbook and try to choose the main idea of this passage. Check the answer together and introduce the passage briefly. Play the tapes for students to read and try to choose the correct structure of this passage. Check the answer together and simply explain the main idea of each paragraph. To show a form for students to fill in the blanks by using the information in the passage. Check the answers one by one. Detail reading Get students to read the second paragraph carefully and try to find the way how the house was built. Explain this paragraph clearly and help students to underline some sentences about the top,door,window and gate. To show two video about other kind of house which also made in waste.
