讲授新课 Teaching the new lesson 阅读训练(Reading) Before reading List the ways which can deal with garbage problems on the blackboard. To show some pictures handicrafts made from waste.Lead students to say:Nothing is a waste if you have a creative mind. Fast reading Get students to scan the title and the pictures on the textbook and try to choose the main idea of this passage. Check the answer together and introduce the passage briefly. Play the tapes for students to read and try to choose the correct structure of this passage. Check the answer together and simply explain the main idea of each paragraph. To show a form for students to fill in the blanks by using the information in the passage. Check the answers one by one. Detail reading Get students to read the second paragraph carefully and try to find the way how the house was built. Explain this paragraph clearly and help students to underline some sentences about the top,door,window and gate. To show two video about other kind of house which also made in waste. To show some questions on the blackboard for students to read the third paragraph carefully and find the answers. Ask several students to show their answers.Explain in detail. To show a short video about creative clothing which made from waste. Get students to read the last paragraph for students to find what Wang Tao hopes to set up and why. Post reading Get students to read the passage again for correct pronunciation and review. Ask students to read the phrases in the box of the exercise in 2d. Fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the phrases in the box. Check the answers one by one and explain these sentences in detail. Ask students to underline the words in the passage based on the words on the blackboard.
