To introduce the topic.讲授新课 Teaching the new lesson 阅读训练(Reading) Pre-reading Lead students to look at the picture on the textbook and try to predict the persons relationship and what happened. Get students to think about what’s the feelings of the children in this family. List some feelings on the blackboard. Simply introduce the writing type of the passage and lead students to circle the persons in this passage. Briefly introduce the writing intentions of two letters. While Reading Lead students to read the first passage and try to catch the main idea by underline the central sentence. To show a structure diagram on the blackboard,students look and catch the structure. Read after the tape and try to fill in the blanks by using some useful expressions in this paragraph. Explain the passage in detail and check the answers together. Lead students to read the second paragraph and catch the purpose of this passage. Check the answer together. To show another structure diagram on the blackboard for students to read and find the answers. Explain the passage sentence by sentences and check the answers together. Post-reading Read after the tape again for remember and correct pronunciations.
